The Eastern Hemisphere is entire left side of the chart, spanning the 10th house through to the 3rd house. This means houses 10, 11, 12, 1, 2 and 3.

In astrology, the East is the left side of the chart and the West is the right side of the chart. The North is the bottom of the chart and the South is the top of the chart.
