Aquarius is the opposite sign of Leo. Aquarius rules the 11th house of friends, acquaintances, alliances, associates, associations, groups, communities, the masses, where crowds gather, memberships, sororities, fraternities, exchanges, where people circulate, socialize and enjoy fellowship. Aquarius also rules Congress, meaning the Senate and the House, as well as Parliament.
Aquarius rules the circulatory system of the body. Remember that Aquarius is Leo's opposite sign and rules the blood that runs through the heart.
Look at the image above of Pluto in Aquarius Tiers vs. Tears. Since Aquarius rules friends and lots of people, then let's look at our associations in tiers. Some people you keep at an arms length who are acquaintances, some are associates, some are friends who are on the outer tier, while other friends are on the inner tier. Some friends may know your plans, but the friends on the inner tier you will tell your dreams and secrets. It's those that are closest to you, on the inner tier, that get to know pretty much everything.
For this reason, the closer the tier, the more likely the tears while Pluto is in Aquarius. In other words, the people on the inner tier are the ones who can hurt you, or vice versa. Aquarius is the sign that has 'Swiss cheese' energy, which means it needs to plug up its holes because Aquarius is too easily infiltrated.
Pluto seeks to transform and change, but he does this through destruction, so that reconstruction can take place. Pluto levels, demolishes and dismantles, only to rebuild, remake and rehab.
Folks, study your chart. Study your families chart. Know where any Aquarius planets are and what degree they are in. This will save you a lot of tears as you notice the tiers (relationships) surrounding you getting broken, smashed, dismantled, destroyed and leveled. Look at your charts to see where Pluto will conjunct (sit on or next to) a planet in your chart. If the planet is within 10 degrees, it is conjunct. I am only including conjunctions on this page because this will be THE MOST intense of the aspects. Conjunctions intensify the energies of the planets involved.
Pluto conjunct your Rising Sign. This will have you feeling powerful, and will actually change your personality, temperament, and confidence, but just like milk, alcohol or medications, too much of a Good thing, isn't. Pluto is controlling, jealous, cruel, mean and manipulative throwing its power around. While Pluto is set on transforming how you see the world and how the world responds to you, it would be wise to think before you act out and all puffed up. The physical self sees changes as well, possibly weight changes, plastic surgery changes, head changes (hair color) and personality changes.
While set on a deep soul search and finding yourself, drastic personality changes could create distance between others simply because they no longer recognize you personally or physically. Manage your changes to a reasonable pace. Now toss in the motto and spirit of Aquarius "I know therefore I am", which is I know as in intellectual, I know as in knowingness, and I know as in who you know. This powerful intellectual force could make you quite the 'smart' ass and popular for all the wrong reasons if not channelled appropriately, but if it is channelled appropriately, then more power to ya'. Then toss in the emotional cold, aloof and distant energy of Aquarius.
Pluto conjunct the North Node. Well who wouldn't LOVE this placement. Pluto is the kind of energy that powers rockets. After all, Pluto is the higher octave of Mars. The North Node is your dharma (future), so Pluto intensifying your North Node gives you a rocket boost to your Life's path, purpose, destiny and dharma. Well you lucky dawg! This energy is very much like Pluto conjunct Jupiter. One the energy is lit, it's a Light that cannot be hidden, extinguished or dimmed. And when in the sign of Aquarius, which is THE FRIENDLIEST sign of the zodiac, everyone LOVES you. Just remember, the party never starts until Aquarius shows up. This conjunction can take you places
you never thought were possible. The North Node is where your cup runneth over, so now add the power, depth and intensity of Pluto. Aquarius carries the motto, "I know therefore I am", which I know as in intellectual, I know as in knowingness, and I know as in who you know. Circulate your energy using the three (3) I know's of Aquarius.
Pluto conjunct the South Node. Good God, this is going to be painful because it is an all out 'identity crisis' and/or a 'crisis of the past'. The South Node is the karma (past) or bottomless pit of all placements. Now toss in the power of Pluto and this can cause you to start throwing your power around. Dang, just remember, karma is a cruel mistress and she will be back for repayment. Pluto can be dark, cruel, dramatic, mean, perverted, obsessed, jealous and nasty. There comes a time in Life where you have to realize not everything in your Life is someone else's fault, including your parents. This placement is on a cruel path to beat the past to death until you finally get it out
of your system. It is interesting that Pluto rules death and rebirth, which signifies the full blown transformation, like the Phoenix-Rising. In other words, you might have to lose yourself to find yourself. Once this aspect sneaks upon your South Node, it could be a while before you right yourself, meaning straighten up and repair the holes in the relationships you made while figuring out who the heck you are or want to be now. It's your Life, fix your patterns, after all your chose and created them.
The Sun conjunct Pluto. This is an incredible amount of power that is being shifted and remade. The Sun is a Star (not a planet) that is huge, intense, and powerful that we depend on it for our survival. Pluto was named after Plutonium. That should remind you of a scene straight out of 'Back to the Future' where Plutonium was used to fuel the 'DeLorean Time Machine's onboard nuclear reactor, which could generate the 1.21 gigawatts of momentary power required for temporal displacement of the DeLorean while traveling at 88 miles per hour. Remember that? Pluto is that kind power coupled with the Sun, that you can hold in the palm of your hand.
Hmmmmm, maybe you are going to become an 'influencer' during this conjunction. Since the Sun is where you shine, and if you are an Aquarius, you can absolutely count on your entire world being different through this conjunction. The Sun conjunct Pluto seeks to recreate, regenerate and reform taking you to higher planes of existence where you can take others with you. There it is again, an influencer. But here's the thing if you are leading others astray, there will be hell to pay, since Pluto rules the netherworld, the underworld, hades and s-tan. Aquarius needs to be very mindful of the difference between the competitor and the opposition. Mars is the competitor, and since Pluto is the higher octave of Mars, the competitor becomes 'the opposition', which can then become obsessive and then all of the other Pluto hang-ups that will transform a person from one way to another way. Then it can impact your health and your sunny disposition. You want to be the best version of you that you can give to the world since during this aspect you have the ability to hold the world in the palm of your hands.
The Moon conjunct Pluto could easily cause you to develop a reputation for drama that will use emotions to control and manipulate others. At the same time, an evolved individual may use the depth of this conjunction to help others through intuition. Actually, I prefer to call intuition 'knowingness' when it comes to Aquarius, whose knowingness can come through dreams, visions, some sort of visual connection, even mediumship. This aspect can easily turn you emotionally dark, obsessed, cruel, mean, jealous and insecure. Now see that is an interesting for an Aquarius Moon because Aquarius is known to be cold, aloof and distant. I'm certain Aquarius and Capricorn would
have an easier time shaking the emotional dust off their feet than it would the other ten (10) signs. An Aquarius Moon is able to emotionally sober-up quicker (like Capricorn). So if you can feel the prodrome (early symptom) of going over the edge into the dark emotional side, then take comfort in 'knowing' you have the ability to sober up the emotions jackrabbit fast. It's decision. It's a choice. This aspect can deal you extreme highs and lows, but again, you have the ability to sober up like Lightning. And guess which sign rules Lightning? Aquarius!
Mercury conjunct Pluto is the classic 'Secret Agent 007' with a secure, confident, deep, investigative and probing mind. This aspect makes you incredibly resourceful with a penetrating mind. It sexy all on levels. In fact, it is so sexy that it's like Truth serum. You will seek the Truth, know the Truth and uncover the Truth. Do not lie to anyone who has this aspect in their chart because they already know the Truth before you tell the lie. Ya' get me? This aspect sees through optics, appearances, masks and illusions, which sets off the train of curiosity and intrigue. This placement cannot be fooled or tricked, which is perfect for a spy, researcher, detective,
analyst or private investigator. In many ways, this is a genius mind that can figure its way out of anything with a contact lens and a button. Weird right? I know! You will not be satisfied with lip service, instead you will want the Truth come hell or high water if you have to dig for it yourself. You will prefer deep and meaningful conversations as opposed to gossip or idle social chit-chat. Boring, trivial and superficial chatter will not impress you or stimulate your mind. The other side of Life, including spiritual or metaphysical thoughts and conversation would rock your world. Fat chance getting your zipper down if the other person is borrrrrring! Under the sign of Aquarius, this is also a very inventive, innovative and ingenious mind.
Venus conjunct Pluto is a karmic emotional involvement in personal relationships that causes the individual to be consumed by Love and passion with intensity and drama. This is the classic 'he/she is my soul mate', but its too much, too high, and too hard to sustain for long periods of time. It's exhausting! The problem is when you expect your partner to feel the same way, at such a level and depth, that the relationship can result in disappointment when the partner fails to soar to such emotional heights and then you plummet into the emotional depths of hell. Who can stay so high on Love and how rational is that? This aspect is definitely obsessive, which
can turn dark and jealous. There is a lot to learn about the reality of Love as you may find yourself flying over the Moon while forgetting to pay the electric bill. This kind of obsessive Love can be exhausting and uncomfortable for the other person. You might also use sex to get your way or to make the other person jealous. That would be a set-up for failure because deceit and trickery is involved. There is perversion with sexual passion, which can flip into anger and abuse, which can turn into 'crimes of passion'. On a more positive note you are fiercely loyal and committed with an ability to fight any injustice. There is a spiritual lesson about Love as you age. The older you get, the better you become at Love and Loving. This is a wonderful placement for art and music, either singing, writing, drawing, painting, acting or performing. The artistic talent with this aspect is over-the- top and must be channeled creatively.
Mars conjunct Pluto. This energy is very secretive and mysterious holding its cards very close to the vest. This aspect is greedy and says, "Your money, is MY money." Due to the nature of its bold and aggressive power, this conjunction indicates a great amount of money and power that is accumulated through secretive and mysterious means. It could also come through a windfall, like the lottery or a settled lawsuit. Remember, Pluto is the higher octave of Mars. This conjunction not only attaches its power to other people's money, but it attaches itself to people, which comes across as, "I'll own you!" This energy is jealous, insecure, cruel and often times violent.
This aspect can show up on the scenes in many forms - a SHTF type of energy like the angry man who walks through the front door every night. It can show up as the seven (7) deadly sins - pride, envy, wrath, gluttony, lust, sloth and greed. It can show up as Superman or Superwoman. It can show up as avarice (heightened greed) with a thought of how it impacts others like Gordon Gekko (character in the movie 'Wall Street') or Amanda Priestly (character in 'The Devil Wears Prada'). It's worth it to note that killary clinton and Taylor Swift have this aspect natally. killary has the aspect in exact degrees (of course she would). Imagine if this aspect was channeled creatively, productively and constructively. Taylor has this aspect within 10 degrees, which is at the maximum amount that it would count as a conjunction.
Saturn conjunct Pluto. I really enjoy the growth during the three (3) years when Pluto was in Capricorn and conjunct Pluto in Capricorn. During that time period I was coming into my yoga-self and becoming a yoga teacher, which is now part of my everyday Lifestyle. It was the perfect example and time of coming into disciplined power. This aspect is like having a magic wand that is very similar to the North Node in Virgo. This aspect is commonly known among astrologers as the 'the magician' and the North Node in Virgo is known as 'the magic wand'. This aspect has the discipline and structure to stay the course and combine its efforts with the power of Pluto to make things happen.
Discipline and power are an awesome combination of energy. We have all seen power without discipline, but power with discipline is a recipe for success and makes officers out of privates. You will also know how to keep a secret and keep it under wraps until its time or keep it completely tucked away. If this aspect is challenged with other planets then secret enemies will be a major headache. This aspect will bring you ambition and power with leadership qualities than can be used to help the world. This is very big and important energy and carries long-lasting capabilities that will be remembered long after you have transitioned to the next Life and will leave a legacy that will be hard to match. Saturn is all about one's legacy and impact on the world.
Jupiter conjunct Pluto. Well I gotta say, I'm pretty dern excited about this aspect since I have Jupiter in Aquarius natally. Jupiter E-X-P-A-N-D-S whatever it touches and when Jupiter touches Pluto, the sound is like throwing gas on a fire and you hear the WOOOOF or POOOF of combustible energy, which in turn E-X-P-A-N-D-S your luck or chances of #winning. You might just get tired of #winning. Where have you heard that before? (winky wink) The fire doesn't really ignite on its own spontaneously, but yet, it does. This means you have to have something in the firepit in order to be lit, which contribute something to the woodpile and away it goes. WOOOOF or
POOOOOF! This aspect is Life-changing and the older you are, the better it gets. Sometimes when we are younger, it's harder to hold on to such energy because we are young, crazy and making plenty of bad decisions and the energy is just too dang big for younger individuals to handle. This aspect brings leadership qualities, so keep your ego under control. Not only will this aspect bring out the best in you, it will cause you to bring out the best in others. Pluto is the planet of high-volume-power, so you have this power to draw on and channel to the masses. Not only do you have a high degree of influence on your friends, you have a high degree of influence on the public at large, including groups and organizations. While you have much to draw on, you also have the ability to draw on your spirituality through moving meditations such as yoga, tai chi and the like. The level and degree of spirituality is high with this aspect, which will attract meditation, faith healing, intuition, dreams, prophecy and other forms of 'clair' intuition - clairsentience, clairvoyance, clairaudient, etc., which only enhances the gifts you already have. This aspect can help you make decisions that often times judges and mediators are called-in to make when there are heart-wrenching verdicts or findings. You will have a Good head on your shoulders.
Uranus in Aquarius conjunct Pluto in Aquarius. The last time this conjunction occurred was in 1965 and 1966, which was in the sign of Aries. Before that it was 1850 and 1851. Those with this aspect in their natal chart have a revolutionary spirit holding a desire to break from anything conventional or that is outdated. These individuals are now 59 and 60 years old and are always saying, "Let it go! Move on! Release the past. Let go of limiting beliefs. Don't look back. Let bygones be bygones. Rise from the ashes. Break free. Start fresh!" The last time Uranus was in Aquarius was April 1, 1995, to Jun 8, 1995, then from January 12, 1996, to
March 10, 2003, and then from September 14, 2003, to December 30, 2003. If your birthday is between those dates, then when Pluto in Aquarius is at the same degree of your Uranus in Aquarius, they will be conjunct. Neptune in Aquarius conjunct Pluto in Aquarius. The last time this conjunction occurred was in 1891 and 1892, which was in the sign of Gemini. Neptune was last in the astrological sign Aquarius from January 28, 1998, to August 22, 1998, then from November 27, 1998, to April 4, 2011, then from August 4, 2011, to February 3, 2012. Those with this aspect in their natal chart are very compassionate, lyrical, creative, footless, and fancy free individuals. They are humanitarians, altruistic and they are impartial with an incredible amount of Faith in humanity. These are the 'Coexist' people that you want in your jury pool.
They will give you a second chance every single time, even if it is the third time, the fourth time or even the fifth time.
We will not see Pluto in Aquarius conjunct Pluto in Aquarius in our Lifetime. There is no one alive or dead that we personally know who had Pluto in Aquarius in their chart. So this section will just be a wash. There is nothing to write here. But imagine, Pluto conjunct Pluto is so much power it would be nuclear!!!
