The key to recovery of any condition, issue, circumstance or situation is creating your own reality by harnessing the strength and power you individually possess (that God gave you) on various levels to grow and develop. S-P-E-C-I-A-L is an acronym, which describes those individual "fingerprint" type qualities you were naturally born with, which follows the natural color spectrum (ROY G BIV) - Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet and coincides with the 7 chakras.

Throughout the 'And Who Are You? - Special Companion Guide™' I will refer to the workbook as "Homework." When I use the words "Home study" or "Homework," it is deliberate and intentional.

Since you will ultimately return to God, then every single thing that you do on earth should be meant to get you "Home," (and delivered with a capital "H.") Therefore, everyday of your Life, everything that you say, everything that you think and everything that you do really is, "Homework." Living your Life is doing your “Homework!”

Everything does happen for a reason and the reasons are not meant to serve your lowest purpose in Life because that doesn't even make sense. They are meant to serve your Highest Purpose in Life."

Each individual session serves to hold you accountable for your actions and reactions, which includes activities and "Homework" assignments when coupled together form the entire nearly 200-page And Who Are You? Special Companion Guide™.

As our body takes on a stressful event or when it lives in a stressful environment, a condition may manifest in one or all seven of the following areas. How do we know a problem exists if we deny how it affects us? This is how we know where to begin our healing.

S-PIRITUAL Involvement
Session 1

Coupled with the 7th Chakra (Violet), this first session is critical to the 'And Who Are You? - Special Companion Guide™. The 7th Chakra is about identity; therefore this session will challenge you to be crystal clear on who you are and what you believe. Almost immediately, as you move through this level, many of your questions as to why certain issues continue to show up in your life may be answered. And I mean, almost immediately (if not sooner). During this session you'll become more aware of what appeared to be the smaller pieces in your Life actually turn out to be the bigger pieces.

  • Belief Systems - This is your religion, philosophy, values, morals, personal credo, integrity, ethics, ideals & standards.
  • Identifying your Fears - Here we discuss what scares you the most or gives you anxiety, worry or concern?
  • Affirmations - Embracing a new thought and reaffirming your newfound knowledge or awareness.
  • Goals- We look at the final outcome of your pursuit and the desired result.
  • Intentions - And how do you "intend" on getting to that goal?
  • Hierarchy of Words - There are certain words that are stronger and more powerful when we use them?
  • No two opposing energies can hold the same space. - What does your immediate space say about what you believe?
  • No two opposing energies can hold the same space. - What do your relationships say about what you believe?
  • Be Clear On What You Don't Want - This section usually surprises everyone. I didn't say, "focus on," I said "be clear."
  • Seat of Passion - Your 'free will' gives you choices.
  • Strength vs. Strength - Enough maximizing weaknesses; what about those Strengths?
  • Creating Your Sacred Space - Your home, your head and your heart.
  • How have you limited your belief? - Pay close attention to the faces that you visualize in this exercise.
  • Identity crisis or Identity embrace? - You "get to" choose.

Once you have gone through each step of this first session, it will hit you with the full impact of a 2 x 4 right up against the side of your head. After this first level, your life will never be the same and you'll begin to look at your life with a broader vision.

This second session takes you out of the ethers, out of the spiritual world and back into the physical world. This session involves an overview of your family history and health issues. It deals with attachment in the physical sense to the drama in your Life and also deals with the confusion between nurture and nourish. You will become more educated about your body on basic anatomy and physiology paired with moving meditations and the story of movement.

  • Family History - Predisposing conditions in your family and how it shows up on another level in your daily Life.
  • Physical Attachments - What are you physically attached to and how does it keep you from thinking clearly and moving forward?
  • Nurture vs. Nourish - Eating habits are discussed in full detail, and we leave no "bun" unturned.
  • Comfortable Size - When, where and how do you feel the most comfortable with yourself?
  • Enjoyment - Deliberate thinking on what "you" enjoy without influence from anyone else.
  • Fire Under Your Bottom - We'll find out who or what challenges or stimulates you into full fledged action.
  • Movement - You'll learn how your body moves and what it means when it doesn't move.
  • Anatomy & Physiology - The function of chemistry in your body and how it affects the various body systems.
  • Moving Meditations - When you move, what are you thinking anyway?
  • What Am I Attracted To? - Everything from personal objects to travel is discussed.
  • Who Am I Attracted To? - Physical attraction, qualities and characteristics that you admire in others.

After you complete this session, you'll be more in touch with your own physical preferences than you know your cell phone options. You may become quite surprised when you see how each topic affects the next one.

It is no secret that emotions can make a Good situation bad, and a bad situation, worse. Further, those emotions can cause you to ignore something that is staring you straight in the face that can help you get to the place that you desire to be. The answers are closer than your own laugher or tears.

  • It's Time To Grieve - Loss is discussed in the areas of people, physical objects, time, etc.
  • The Take Away - Life lessons from dramatic to traumatic events.
  • What Did You Expect? - And what did you get?
  • Who Owes You? - Money, apologies, time, Love, encouragement?
  • Self-Torture - Admission goes a long way.
  • Return On Investments - Time and energy, where did it go and what did you get?
  • What's Your Story? - What story do you keep repeating?
  • What About You? - Nothing but the facts ma'am.
  • Addiction or Devoted - Some habits are Good while other habits can make you feel used or enslaved.
  • Heart to Heart - This pity-party actually turns out Good.
  • Wish You Could Change Someone? - It's time to turn the tables.

The pieces are now falling into the place quicker, almost as if the puzzle is already complete. You will also be able to see yourself in others. Sound scary? Nah, not really. The more you get to know yourself, the more you will get a kick out of yourself. You will also start realizing how S-P-E-C-I-A-L you really are.

In this session, you will learn not only about food and how it works in 'your' body, you will also learn about abundance and prosperity. Yep, your eating habits do show how you feel about wealth and abundance.

  • The Sum of the Parts - When you add it all up.
  • Chemical Stimulants - Are you high on food or high on Life.
  • Man-Made Food - What kind of food does man make?
  • God-Made Food - What kind of food did God make?
  • The Body Processing Machine - You'll find out how "your" body processes food.
  • Portion Size - Portion sizes vary, what's yours?
  • Shopping for Food - Where, when and how do you shop for food?
  • What Was I Thinking! - You are going to think when you eat . . . so what are you thinking?
  • Dining Out or Eating Out - The difference between the two.
  • Healthy, Wealthy & Wise - How does wealth shows up in your food?
  • Me! A Chef? - And a romantic one at that!

At the end of this session, you'll start feeling more abundant and prosperous than you'd previously given yourself credit. The way you embrace food is a fairly Good visual, which reflects your attitude and behaviors in others areas of your life, especially Love and money.

I Love asking the question, "And what do you think?" I Love it so much that it was the name of my radio show. I am always amazed when someone tells me exactly what they think, especially when they trust their own gut. Overcoming self-doubt and fear of being contradicted is addressed in this session. This part of the program will teach you to have faith in your 'intuition.'

  • Clairvoyance - What is it and are your clairvoyant?
  • Clairaudience - What is it and are you clairaudient?
  • Clairsenitent - What is it and are you clairsenitent?
  • Clairkinesthesia - What is it and are you clairkinestetic?
  • Using Your Intuition - Your intuition is a very personal thing.
  • If I Only Knew Then - Actually, you knew it all along.
  • What do you know now? - How can I use my past knowledge to serve me today?
  • Clouds vs. Grounded - When should I fly over the moon and when should I be practical?
  • Without a Doubt - There are some things you just "know."
  • Count on Your Inner Voice - Do I dare to trust the voice of God within me?
  • Active Intuition - Now that you know what you know, what are you going to do about it?

By the end of this session, you will have learned to count on listening to the "still small inner voice" of God within you. He's always there speaking to you. Always and you "knew it" too.

When God was handing out talents, skills and gifts, He blessed everyone. He didn't look at you and say, "Everyone gets a gift except you!" He blessed everyone. The pieces are falling into place now. Here's a little secret . . . "Whatever you should be doing with your Life, you've been doing it your whole Life."

  • Day Dream Believer - I always wanted to be . . . as it turns out, that's where you've been headed.
  • My Secret Gifts - What have you been playing down?
  • I've Always Been Good At It - Now matter how I slice it, I'm Good at it!
  • My Perfect Life - If I could, I would!
  • Creative Power - Using the past to create a new reality.
  • Paint Your Own Picture - What is my eye drawn to?
  • Recollect Your Energies - Where did I give up my Power?
  • Passionate Intensity - No matter what, I just can't stop.
  • Expressive Ambition - My ambition shows up when I do this!
  • Being "On Purpose!" - I mean what I say and do what I mean. I'm "on purpose!"
  • I'd Still Do IT - I'd do this, even if I never got paid.

The cogwheels are turning now and you'll see how you've been right on track all along. You had just forgotten to open your eyes. Oh - you're feeling the Love now and it turns out . . . you're unique, SPECIAL and gifted!!!

By the time you have gotten to this session, you will start going through each topic remembering how you would have been, how you could have been and how you honestly were? The Law of Attraction is the key in this session.

  • What Can I Give? - What can you give without taking away from you?
  • Sometimes I Just Want To - Scream, cry, drink, hurt someone . . .
  • Respecting Life - It's ALIVE! Everything is made of protons, neutrons & electrons. It Lives!
  • Those Abundant Squirrels - Squirrels can fit so much in those little tiny hands.
  • Need vs. Want - What's the difference?
  • Want vs. Desire - What's the difference?
  • Desire vs. Enjoy - Oh -- there's a big difference!
  • Respectable Behavior - Conscious and Unconscious results.
  • Showing Love & Respect - How is it coming back to me?
  • Attractive Actions & Reactions - How attractive are my behaviors?
  • Thanksgiving & Gratitude - Thank God!

By the time you finish this session, you'll not only be clear about who, what, when, where and how much you attract, you'll also be clear that birds of a feather flock together. And if you desire to attract and enjoy the best in Life, you have to Live it and Be it to attract it.
