I have so much astrological information cram-packed in my head, it's no wonder my Scorpion King always looks at me like his head is going explode when I start talking Astrology. He rolls his eyes and head around like a pinball machine, then makes a huge explosion sound the minute I mention a planetary transit or aspect. He acts like his brain just blew up. It's not that he doesn't care, because he does care. He cares because I care. Other than that, it's just not something he has studied or probably will study. Why would he when he has me? (winky wink) But for those of you who want to read my Astrology, today's Brain Dump™ will hopefully get you to stop throwing all people of one Sun Sign into the same basket. I would no sooner throw all Scorpio's into one basket and assume they don't want to study Astrology just because my Scorpion King doesn't.

Have you ever noticed that small blurb on some of my Astrology pages that says, "RELATIONSHIPS! Did you know there are 131,760 astrological types?" It's in the header box of all Weekly, Monthly, Yearly and Generational Horoscope pages. It's also on all of the thousands of pages of archived Daily Horoscopes. No one has EVER asked me about that header box. EVER! But I know my little mentators very well and just because you don't ask me does not mean you aren't interested. Or should I just assume you aren't interested because my Scorpion King isn't interested? Of course not, that's not fair. Actually, the Scorpion King has to be a little interested, after all he does have a scorpion tattooed on his back left shoulder. (winky wink)

When you read that number, 131,760 astrological types, that is a staggering number, but what the heck does it mean? It means that out of 131,760 there are 131,400 variations of personalities due to the axial rotation of the earth, which determines our Ascendant (Rising Sign), which in turn determines our personality and our approach to Life. The other 360 in that number represents variations of individuality as determined by the orbital revolutions of the earth. 131,400 + 360 = 131,760 astrological types.

So when you think about it, if the Sun passes through one degree, each day, thereby passing through all 12 signs in an entire year, that means there are 360 variations of people just for starters multiplied by 365 days and we get 131,400 varations of personality. There is also an adjustment that has to be made for the earth's movements or obital revolutions (adjusting the clock or putting more air in the tire so to speak) because remember there is a degree for each day, but we have 365 days, wherein the adjustment for just the right timing (or amount of tire pressure) is another 360 for 12 zodiac signs x 30 degrees each in one year and there we have 131,760 astrological types. 131,400 + 360 = 131,760 archetypes (personality with individuality).

Now folks, if you are one of those people who throw an entire sign in one basket and start calling them names because of your past choices in relationships, well quite frankly that is not very fair. After all, you picked 'em. You have to consider that each person has their own birth date, time and location that will determine their own Rising Sign, their own personal planets, outer planets and their own North and South Node. If you insist on making each person of each sign 'the same' then you are missing out and will probably have a hard time reading your own chart or finding a suitable mate. Finding a mate or someone decent to date (at the very least) is not that hard when you know your own chart and who your perfect mate is.

As a Gemini and the 'thinker' of the zodiac (I think therefore I am) who rules the logical and reasoning mind, not to mention mental abilities, I cannot help but appeal to your logical and reasoning mind while teaching you this Astrology. I am mental to the nth degree, which is why I call myself a mentator and why I call you my little mentators. If you feel a certain kinship to me, then you must be a mentator too. So let's just sit back in our comfey chairs and mentate on this set of relationship possibilities.

A chart is a wheel. We all know that a wheel is a circle and a circle is 360 degrees. One degree is 'approximately' one day in Astrology. BUT WAIT A SECOND, there are 365 days in the year! I said, "approximately" give and take minutes here and there each month. Haven't you ever wondered why some signs change on the 19th of the month while others change on the 20th, 21st, or even the 22nd? In one month, the Sun gives the appearance of passing through one sign (constellation) each month. Each sign has 30 degrees. 30 degrees x 12 signs = 360 degrees. Ahhhhhh, 12 slices of pie and they all taste differently. Some months have 30 days, some have 31 days, while February depending on the year has 28 days or 29 days. Such is the balancing act of the 'Universal Juggle Master' Himself we'll call God. Even clocks and all musical instruments have to be finally tuned and adjusted at some point, just like the degrees of a chart wheel or the timing of your car. Everything always has to be adjusted and finely tuned. Just like us! Just like our relationships.

I have been married twice, first to a Libra, then to a Gemini, and then I had a long-term relationship with a Leo. This is no way makes all Libra, Gemini and Leo men bad for me. One of those three men did have a South Node Gemini, but I did it anyway. It just took me a little while to learn what I needed to learn before I was ready to meet my Scorpion King. I honestly believe I had to experience what I needed to experience in order to reach the place that I needed to be. We teach what we needed to learn and that's why I gratefully and gracefully embrace my past. I do not regret a day of my relationship past. Now keep in mind, I did not need to learn about relationships because I am not in a relationship lifetime like the Aries/Libra, Libra/Aries, Taurus/Scorpio, Scorpio/Taurus Nodal people. I didn't need to learn about relationships, I needed to learn about myself and it was through the guise and experience of relationships that I learned so much about me. What else would have gotten my attention? It's usually relationships or money that we learn the most about ourselves. Riiiight? We don't have to learn about ourselves that way, but by golly that is the typical route we choose. I always say that I chose some pretty interesting men to teach me about myself. C'est la vie (such is Life).

If I wrote your Expansive Natal Chart make certain you read that section in your Chart Configurations and Graphics file titled "Relationships" to remind you about the area in your chart that determines the most comfortable and happy connection. Remember, the Sun and Mars is the testosterone in your chart, while Venus and the Moon is the estrogen in your chart. So my point is, do not throw the baby out with the bath water. That's why it is important to know, live and mature through your chart before you start reading and deciphering someone else's and making them out to be bad people. It's not fair! It is not wise to lump all of one Sun Sign together and avoid them, unless of course we are talking about your South Node. That's a whole other story and write-up. That's why it is important to have a Compatibility/Synastry Report when you have questions marks surrounding a relationship because there are 131,760 astrological types. This is where each of your planets are matched up head-to-head with your partner's so you can see EXACTLY where the kinks are located. Check the report and see where the glitches are and then soften those areas rather than throw white gas on a fire. Remember, you have to consider that each person has their own birth date with their own Rising Sign, their own personal and outer planets and their own North and South Node. Your planets when combined could be squaring (challenging) each other in some aspects and trine (easy energy) in other aspects. So why not learn what you should play down and what you should play UP!

We all have a 'type of man/woman' that you should already be able to see in your pattern just by looking at your relationship history. The natal chart is very specific as to what this person is like, looks like and what they are all about. Believe me, I knew my type before I met my Scorpion King, because I knew my chart. The New Moon is in Libra on Friday, September 30, 2016 at 8:12 PM EDT. A New Moon occurs when the Moon and the Sun are in the same sign and the same degree. In this case, the Moon begins its new cycle in Libra at 08 degrees 15 minutes with the Sun in Libra at 08 degrees 15 minutes. A New Moon occurs when the Moon is not illuminated by direct sunlight. Those born under the New Moon are impulsive and emotional, always looking for new opportunities to express their ideas. Those born under the New Moon react from their own subjective viewpoint and enjoy starting new projects by chasing their own personal goals and plans. If I wrote your Expansive Natal Chart, I did indicate the phase of the Moon you were born under. New Moons have a strong 'orb of influence' for taking action within 5-7 days but I like to give it a full two weeks within the orb of the New Moon's occurrence to account for our intuition. There is compassion and understanding for others where maybe the day before things were not so smooth.

This New Moon also has energies coming from Mars in Capricorn at 02 degrees. With this New Moon at 08 degrees, the Mars transit is a whole 06 degrees away, but it is still strong enough to be felt. You are the Moon in Libra, your date is the Sun in Libra and you are both standing there together having a great time and joined at the hip, holding hands and nibbling a few smooches. If you notice on the chart wheel the Moon and the Sun are in the same degree and same sign (standing locked together) and that is what makes a New Moon. Then you have this super-rich, fun, friend (Jupiter) who is standing right there with you, just inches away. The three of you are laughing and having a great time. Then there is that one person you would just rather not run into at the party, we will call this person Mars in Capricorn. You can't really see this person because they are in the other room, maybe outside mingling with others, but you know they are there. That's because Mars in Capricorn is squaring (challenging) this New Moon and Jupiter. A square occurs when two signs separate two other signs. In this case, Libra and Capricorn are separated by Scorpio and Sagittarius. So it's like you have all of these people standing between you (the New Moon) and Mars in Capricorn, but yet you know they are there at the party. Well, depending on how you decide to handle this energy will determine the outcome. You might start laughing loud, smile more and stand with your best runway pose. I feel that I HAVE TO tell you Mars in Capricorn is at the party, but at a distance. This would the same as you going to someone's house and them not telling you that a certain someone was there too. You would want to know, right? YOU decide if you will have a Good time. My gosh, you have your super-rich, fun, friend standing with you (Jupiter). Jupiter isn't standing over there with Mars in Capricorn, it's standing with you. Do you get my drift folks? Handle this energy wisely and smartly. It is a great New Moon, but there is the possibility of messing it all up if you decide to get juvenile and confrontational. This example is an analogy of the energy. I'm using a party and players as an example of the energy involved.

IMPORTANT -- New Moon's have the staying power for an entire year simply because the next New Moon in any given Sun Sign will not come around for another year. Sure, there will be another New Moon next month but that one will be in Scorpio, when the Sun is in Scorpio. Right now, the New Moon is in Libra and will not come around again until October 19, 2017. That's why you have to get your coupling act together NOW. If you are single, then there could not be a better time to set yourself up and work on becoming the person you want to introduce to someone. If you don't have your act together, then you will only attract your own, which will be a reflection of yourself. That means if you don't have your act together, neither will your future partner. Today we experience a rare aspect that is a year in the making. It's not super-dooper-rare aspect because it does occur once every 12 months, but it is rare enough to make us sit up and listen. This rare aspect is the Sun conjunct Jupiter and it occurs when the Sun and Jupiter meet up in the same Sun Sign and the same degree. In this case, they are both in the Sun Sign of Libra at 03 degrees. Conjunctions intensify the energies of the two planets involved. What is so incredibly powerful about this energy is the Sun and Jupiter are both made up of gases. In the Brain Dump on September 22, 2016 called, Relationships Expanding on Themselves I talked about Jupiter's outer layers having a chemical make-up of 90% hydrogen gas and 10% helium gas. Remember that? Well now we have the gassy Sun snuggling up against Jupiter and the Sun is made up of 72% hydrogen gas, 26% helium gas and the rest trace elements. Jupiter E-X-P-A-N-D-S and takes up so much space that it impacts whatever it touches and it is touching a house in your Solar Chart (for everyone in your Sun Sign) and it is touching a house in your Natal Chart (the chart that is specific to your birth information). In the Solar (Sun) Chart, this is the same house that I have addressed in your Monthly Horoscope for the Sun in Libra and it is the same house that I have addressed in your Yearly Horoscope for Jupiter in Libra. It may or may not be a different house in your natal chart. It just depends on your birth information.

Also occurring today, Mercury in Virgo turns Direct after spending 23 days traveling backward in time so that you can re-do and do-over what needs to be done before progressing forward. It is my belief that Retrograde periods are a gift. God doesn't give us a hard time and make things go haywire. Honestly, I find that so hard to believe. Mercury is all about 'maintenance' and if you have not been 'maintaining' rightly, then I guess you need some haywire and motivation to fix it. God gives us not once, not twice, but three chances to get things right before we progress forward and it is during a Retrograde status that we are given these opportunities. Mercury in Virgo required us to go back and fix some details. After all, Virgo rules daily maintenance and details. Mercury in Virgo was asking us to get our health back on track. It also asked us to get our timing, scheduling and organization back on track. Mercury naturally rules Virgo, so this was a very important Retrograde to get yourself straight and fly right. So on this date, not only does the Sun move into Libra, but Mercury turned Direct. It's going to take Mercury right at a week before it gets back up to its normal speed after having been moving backward for 23 days. That puts us right at Thursday, September 29, 2016. This is a lot like moving forward in your car, then stopping to shift gears and put it into reverse, then stopping again to put it into drive (forward motion). You just don't go from 0 mph to 55 mph in seconds. It takes a bit to get back up to speed. A planet coming out of Retrograde status is just like that. So it will take Mercury a full week to get back up to its normal speed of changing degrees every 1 to 1-1/2 days. During this time it will take Mercury a couple of days to travel 1 degree. It's a bit slow at first but it will get there.

As the Sun in Libra moves closer and closer to Jupiter in Libra, you can feel this energy and the focus of relationships E-X-P-A-N-D on itself. Everything that Libra rules is the focus right now, which is committed relationships, such as marriages and business partnerships, negotiations, agreements will come to a much greater importance. Libra also rules the scales of justice, meaning law, lawyers, contracts between two parties and contractual agreements. Libra is not just concerned with romantic relationships, Libra wants everyone to hold hands and sing, 'Kumbya'. Libra wants everyone to get along and play nice. The problem here is over-compensating and over-compromising. Remember, Libra is about FAIRNESS and BALANCE, not one person doing it all and throwing things completely off balance. Nothing could be more unfair or out of balance than one person doing it all. Libra is about US, WE AND OUR! Let's do this together!

And I certainly would not teach it to you unless I bought it. I know more and more and more astrologers are now using the words "re-do" and "do-ver" to explain Retrogrades (as I have always done), where they did not do that before and I can PROVE THAT! HA! So I feel the need to explain this to you in kind of a scientific way to show you why it is so, and why you can count on this E-X-P-A-N-D-A-B-L-E energy to do its job. I'm not your typical astrologer.

Understanding Jupiter's chemical make-up I think will help you undestand it better. Jupiter's outer layers are full of hot air because the layers are made of up gases. It is so gassy that its outer layers are 90% hydrogen and 10% helium. Jupiter's core is a liquid plasma that acts as a metallic super-conductor. Keyword here is 'the core'. The core is the conductor that serves as the channel or medium. This metallic core is the metallic spoon in your belly, stirring the pot. So while Jupiter is moving through the Libra house in your chart, it will set off that 'core' that lives inside you and it will serve as the channel for the direction in which things will go. Look at your 'core' folks.

The really cool thing is on Friday, September 23, 2016 we will experience the same aspect we did on Tuesday the 20th as Mercury trines Pluto again. That is twice in 4 days. That's because Mercury was Retrograde and now its not. Our 'core' is being poked, prodded and piqued, while Mercury trine Pluto comes back into the picture and causes us to dig down really deep at the core. Mercury trine Pluto pushes us to dig, probe and get to the root of the problem or the root of ourselves. With this much energy E-X-P-A-N-D-I-N-G, conducting, probing and moving, I'm telling you folks, situations can and will no longer be ignored. Jupiter is blowing it up like a balloon so you can see it. Ya' know, the Universe has a way of bringing people, couples and families back together and we want it to be for all the 'feel Good' reasons. There is too much fighting in the streets, fighting between families, factions and friends. It's too much! Dig into your 'core' and align yourself with who you are, at your core because Jupiter's plasma is stirring.

Jupiter E-X-P-A-N-D-S so much (like a balloon) that no matter what it touches, it will be affected and get bigger, fatter and juicier. Relationships that are not working or that just won't work, will E-X-P-A-N-D so much that they will be blown to smithereens, much like a balloon popping. The working relationships will renew their vows, get engaged, get married or simply cohabitate. The non-working relationships will break-up, separate, divorce and some will be blown to smithereens like an over-blown balloon with pieces lying everywhere. Depending on the current status of a relationship will depend on whether it looks like a juicy orange or slices of orange laying in pieces (i.e.Brandelgina). Their relationship was already falling apart and the expansion of Jupiter took care of business and blew it to smithereens (8 pieces, 2 adults and 6 children). I don't know if you remember my write-up on this relationship back on July 10, 2012 but the timing of the planets show us exactly what being blown to smithereens looks like. Even the reports about a private investigator came out while Mercury trines Pluto (digging, probing, investigating).

Now to the real juice of this monster-size energy as Jupiter conjunct the Sun comes closer and closer to impact. This conjunction is a rarity because it can only occur once a year. Many people are already being blessed with and experiencing Jupiter's enormous Goodness. Heck, the Sun will be in Libra for a whole month, while Jupiter is in Libra. On Monday, September 26, 2016 Jupiter and the Sun be in exact trine, but the remainder of the month we will still be experiencing Jupiter in Libra with the Sun in Libra. A trine is easy and effortless energy. Everything on this page leads up to this energetic connection. You can probably already feel this energy taking place as we are in the applying degrees of this energy right now. As the link states, applying degrees will cause us to feel the prodrome (early symptom) of the energy. Applying degrees is our intuition that we feel when the energy coming. Jupiter is very lucky, benevolent, optimistic and happy . . but it also E-X-P-A-N-D-S whatever it touches. After Monday we will be in the separating degrees of this energy where the degrees begin pulling further apart and then we will feel either relieved or refreshed that the energy occurred. Even still, the Sun will be in Libra for a month while Jupiter is in Libra. What you need to do right now is dig, probe and go deep to the root and see what is at your core. At the core is the metallic (metal) super-conductor and it will stimulate the gases. It's like there is a metal spoon in your belly just stirring it all up. We get that feeling in our belly that something is about to occur. Gases are invisible and we don't see a gas coming. Not all gas is bad gas. LOL! There is laughing gas and that's JUPITER! Suddenly we smell the gas but we don't see it. Jupiter is also like that wonderful smell of cologne or perfume when someone walks by. That wonderful smell can make you drop what you are doing and follow it. I don't care if it is the smell of barbeque, cologne, perfume, a steak or a baby's breath, Jupiter has a wonderful smell to it. Jupiter is E-X-P-A-N-D-I-N-G an area of your Natal Chart and your Solar chart, so essentially it is prepared to bless you in two areas. Oh yeah, BRING IT!

So again, when it comes to relationships (of all kinds), whatever is going on in your Life right now, there is a shift occurring and there is a shift coming. Libra wants everyone to get along and it will happen, come hell or high water. As for the trouble-makers, Jupiter in Libra has a very strong sense of justice attached to it where those who were not playing fair and treating others right, will have Lady Justice throw down her gavel and blow their lives to smithereens. Lady Justice will take care of it. Count on it!

And the last piece of this puzzle is on Friday, September 23, 2016 Venus will move out of Libra and into Scorpio. This takes Love and money to a much much much much deeper level. At the same time, Venus is in its detriment in the sign of Scorpio. The 'detrimental' placement is like a fiesty child throwing a temper tantrum in the grocery store. Basically, it acts out inappropriately at the wrong time and wrong place. It's in its detriment because Venus rules the opposite sign of Scorpio, which is Taurus. It's in the wrong house! Say whaaaaat! Oh don't worry folks, this isn't going to break-up happy marriages and happy engagements and happy couples, because they are happy. Now the unhappy relationships might be a whole other ear-of-wax. Venus in Scorpio brings about a pre-occupation with Love and money because Venus naturally rules Libra, and is also the natural ruler of Taurus (personal money). This placement takes Love personally and emotionally. Any break-ups that occur during this time are going to be very difficult to get over. The jilted Lover becomes obsessive, cruel, jealous and over-emotional. This is the mark of Love-hate relationships. Venus in Scorpio for the happy couples will still have to watch the jealousy factor, but if you remember that jealousy is the worst form of insecurity, then at least you can check yourself. If break-ups occur during Venus in Scorpio, the likelihood of a reconciliation is just about 'nil. Meaning, don't count on it.

Leaving you on a more positive note, remember that Jupiter wants to spray its blessings all over you and drench you in optimism, abundance, expansion, luck and pleasure. Jupiter wants what is best, especially where relationships and justice are concerned. Jupiter in Libra will have its justice and fairness for all concerned - us, we and our.
