MARS CONJUNCT URANUS
This aspect will show up on Sunday, February 26, 2017 which will be accompanied by the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Pisces. A conjunction or conjunct symbol is an aspect that emphasizes and brings together the energies of the planets involved. Conjunctions focus and intensify the energy much like a laser beam on an exact point in your chart. These planets have their own uniqueness and when tag-teamed their energy is intensified even more.
It is important to understand that Mars is busy, hyper and action-oriented. Mars is assertive, aggressive and competitive, while Uranus is the planet of a sudden change in circumstance, much like a lightning strike. Uranus also represents innovation, invention and independence. It literally strikes out and strikes out on its own, like lightning. Uranus is unconventional and electrifying; thereby bringing about sudden change in an instant, which can show up as being erratic. You can pretty much expect the unexpected when Uranus is involved. Uranus is also the higher octave of Mercury.
This is the classic placement for 'the anarchist'. Keep in mind that Uranus is a generational planet, so as we witness this aspect occurring, notice that it is heavily impacting a certain generation of people. While some of the individuals in the mob are indeed 'real anarchists', there will be some people involved in the mob who are just followers and some people involved in the mob who are just rebels. And then of course there will be some who are just caught up in the moment. Anarchists take mob mentality, follow the leader and rebel rousing to a whole new level.
Mars is the natural ruler of Aries, which as of this writing (in early February 2017) is actually in the sign of Aries right now, along with Uranus in Aries. This is where rebel-rousing is taken to a whole new level resulting in total anarchy. The Anarchists are in street with their revolutionary intentions set out bringing about real change through sudden change. The way that sudden change typically occurs is when there is a dire need, an emergent event or the other side just caves in and gives up. These is extremely impulsive energy to the 'nth' degree because it absolutely requires action to be taken. Nothing can stay the same because the anarchist will fight on until change occurs.
If you notice from the first Astro-Meme above, the anarchist rebels against any kind of constraint, which would be seen as a restriction or limitation. And then there is this second Astro-Meme, "You're not the boss of me!" I find this energy very interesting because it is very similar to Jupiter in Aquarius, but Jupiter in Aquarius has a much more positive and friendly, approach and tone. Jupiter in Aquarius is certainly a boat-rocker who gets everyone wet in the process and rebels against restriction and limitation. Jupiter in Aquarius will not let anyone tell them who, what, when, where, why, how much or how long. At the same time Jupiter in Aquarius will follow the law and certainly does not want to hurt or injure anyone. Mars conjunct Uranus is a rule breaker and does not give a rat's rear-end about the law. Mars conjunct Uranus believes that rules were meant to be broken, not made. By the way, I have Jupiter in Aquarius so I kinda get the energy or spirit of anarchy, but it would certainly not be my choice for creating change. But then again, that's my Jupiter in Aquarius speaking. I brought this up because I want you to see what the opposite of anarchy looks like. It looks just like Jupiter in Aquarius.
Mars conjunct Uranus is a movement. It is a revolutionary movement that is set on creating massive and lightning fast change. Something has to be done, NOW! There is no time to wait when anarchy rolls into town. Since Uranus naturally rules the sign of Aquarius, this is an organized movement designed to create chaos. Remember, Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury, which naturally rules scheduling, organization and planning. While anarchy can look completely disorganized and chaotic, I guarantee you that it is not. It is well-planned and well thought out to look like disorganization and chaos. The anarchists might even have a rehearsal in an abandoned warehouse somewhere. It's all completely organized and timed.
Individuals who engage in this aspect are typically easily bored, they are hyper-active and need action in their Life. They may also have a temper. Oh really! On a basic psychological level, those who have bad tempers have a hard time controlling their thoughts. And when an individual cannot control their thoughts, then the individual will act on those thoughts. Does it sound like I'm profiling? Well isn't Astrology profiling? The profile of the anarchist takes a large amount of courage coupled with decisive and sudden action. The anarchist has no problem taking action, but they do have a problem with prudence and Good judgment. Instead they dive in head first (Aries ram inference) without consideration of the consequences. I would imagine that the anarchist sleeps a lot because they need to rechange their batteries (Uranus). The nervous system of the anarchist is hyped up, jittery, anxious, hyper and might even have nervous habits such as smoking, tapping their leg, bowel issues or headaches.
The anarchist derives emotional satisfaction by manifesting chaos and destruction. This is where you will see them hopping around and clapping like excited children. They may also be engaged in extreme sports, either participating in them or just watching them on TV or at a live event. This doesn't mean all people who enjoy extreme sports are anarchists. That is NOT what I'm saying. I'm giving the astrological profile of the Mars conjunct Uranus Anarchist. I can just see the anarchist out on the firing range or sitting around blowing up sh** just because they can. The real excitement will be when they can manifest this chaos and explosive energy in a crowd and get a lot of people watching or engaged. It will take them days to come down from this excitement, breathing heavy and trying to calm their nervous system (Uranus). This could be chaos in the streets or watching the sportscar driver lap the track and waiting for the dramatic crash and burn. Morbid Curiosity! This aspect rebelliously and hellaciously attempts to or succeeds in change through destruction, force and recklessness. People do get hurt.
When this aspect is afflicted (challenged) as it will be with Jupiter in Libra (law) on February 26, 2017, this creates a preoccupation with danger, accidents, chaos and havoc. On this same date there will be a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Pisces, which is THE MOST dramatic and theatrical sign of the zodiac. Grab some popcorn folks and watch a ton of people lose their freakin' minds. The excitement and sounds of things broken, crushed and shattered to the anarchist is like the sounds of bells and whistles going off at a casino to a gambler. It just feeds their soul. This aspect indicates reckless driving and car crashes simply because Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury, which rules automobiles, but it is the sign of Aries that rules automobile racing. It's just reckless to say the least. Not only is there a red flag with driving during this aspect, there is a red flag with anything mechanical. For those who work with electricity, make certain you "lockout - tagout" so there is no flow of electricity remaining when and where you are supposed to working. Uranus rules electricity, lightning and all things mechanical.
There is an element of aeronautics, aviation, flying and airplanes that is associated with this aspect. I just feel the need to bring it up since it is present. Just sayin'.
