Our bodies consist of three interdependent systems, the biochemical, the structural, and the psychological which work together to maintain a balanced life. Holistic practitioners we believe an approach utilizing various therapies including chiropractic, acupuncture, nutrition, massage, or colour therapy may increase the body's natural healing powers.

When faced with a physical or mental challenge, the body adapts by drawing on it's inner resources to maintain health. Holistic therapies serve to increase the body's internal resources and prevent the breakdown of the well-being.

Central Nervous System mind
Research has shown a strong link between happiness, optimism, and the body's potential to heal itself. Holistic practitioners give instruction in positive thinking to instill powerful emotions, such as hope and joy. Not surprisingly, close and supportive relationships with friends and family, and a sense of humor, can help engender positive feelings. Your holistic practitioner encourages an expression of emotions which contribute to a full emotional life and a resilient outlook.

We refer to spirit as the divine nature of healing energy that flows around the body to keep it in perfect order. Unfortunately, stressful situations, an inadequate diet, and a negative attitude can block our healing mechanism so that it cannot function correctly. Spiritual healing unblocks the energy needed to spring our own healing mechanism back into action. Your holistic practitioner may utilize Reiki, Feng Shui, and spiritual counseling to facilitate individual growth.
