The Moon in Taurus is squaring (challenging) your 4th house of home and family. It describes your roots, your heritage and your private life. This house also rules land, property, residences, domestic affairs, psychological foundations, biological inheritance and place of abode.

Over the past several days I have written a handful on the current Grand Cross/Square and threw in some info on the current Grand Trines in the Water Signs and Grand Trines in the Earth Signs. I think it's always worth it to click back a couple of days to reinforce any new information that I have introduced to you, especially if you consider yourself a student of astrology. The Grand Cross/Square you see on today's Daily Astrology Chart will only be present until Wednesday, August 28, 2013. I described in detail this Grand Cross/Square in Saturday's Daily Horoscope.

As challenging as a Grand Cross/Square can be, I mentioned yesterday how we are always given a way of escape and then talked about the Grand Trines in the Water and Earth Signs. You see folks, it really depends on what you want to focus on. Remember in all of my charts, the challenging lines are in red and green and the easy and effortless lines are in blue. So when you download the Daily Astrology Chart for today it really depends on if you will focus on and think inside the box or if you will focus on what is outside of the box and think outside of the box. Outside of this box are multiple Grand Trines in the Water and Earth Signs. Go ahead, click the link and test yourself to see what your eyes focus on . . the blues or the red lines. Do you see all of those sextile lines (blue dashed lines) connecting the trines? One more sextile line (between maybe Jupiter and the Moon or Mercury) and that would have been a full blown complete Star of David. I did however include in the Daily Astrology Chart for today another wheel at 7:00 AM EDT that shows that one needed sextile to create a Star of David where Jupiter sextiles the Ascendant/Rising Sign in Virgo. A few minutes after that the Star of David is no longer present with that last sextile but at least you can see that it was present for a brief period of time. All the same, the trines and sextiles present provide plenty of easy and effortless energy to make our way out of the box. All I'm saying is that if you think outside of the box (the Grand Cross/Square) you will see all of this easy and effortless energy to help you. How you think and what you see makes all the difference in the world.

The Moon is still in Taurus today, which has a fixed and unmoveable nature. It is one thing to be firm, it another to be stubborn. Taurus energy serves us very well because it is cautious and steady, which is just what we need before making a big decision. Remember, the lunar cycle begins with rambunctious and impulsive Aries and then settles into the placid bull Taurus for a reason. This energy is supposed to steady us and help us get grounded before we progress forward. You want to be able to regain your composure before the lunar (Moon) energy heads off into Gemini, then Cancer, then Leo, etc. Taurus is practical and it is cautious. Taurus does not like the rug pulled out from underneath them and typically need a head's up first. For instance, it's best to give a Taurus notice such as, "We are leaving in 30 minutes." Then a follow-up, "We are leaving in 15 minutes." Then another follow-up, "Okay, we are leaving in 5 minutes." Then you can say; "It's time to go. We are leaving now." By the time the Moon rolls into Gemini, the energy is really going to be ready to go and won't need any notice. The mere suggestion of going anywhere will cause Gemini to be sitting in the car waiting excitedly on you, long before you even grab your keys.

For all Aquarian's on the planet, this Taurus Moon Taurus Moon affects your 4th house of home, family, domestic affairs and childhood. You may really need some freedom and independence somthing fierce! Tap your strengths this week and use your inventive mind to come up with a new plan and new direction. This Taurus Moon will have you fixated on the home and family, especially what you have and what you don't have. (Is this a happiness issue?) Make certain that you reflect positively and refrain from allowing this to turn you in to Mr. or Miss Stubborn Pants. Your natural rebellious nature could turn rather stubborn and unmoveable. If your home environment has been disrupted this could leave you feeling quite bullish. You need to quietly decide what you want to do next. Where are you now and where do you want to go from here? Many Aquarian's are ready to strike out on their own once and for all. Also I have updated your Monthly Aquarius Horoscope with your Sun and Mercury Opportunity.
