Over the past couple of days I have been directing your attention to thinking 'outside of the box.' The Grand Cross/Square will remain present for several weeks, which means it is probably a Good idea to jump on the easy train and move some energy, roll the dice and take some risks. A 'Star of David' has so much ease and effortlessness because it is made up of sextiles, Grand Trines and kites that missed opportunities is likely simply because it's just too easy. As I stated yesterday, thank God there is a Grand Cross/Square present to kick us in the butt or scare us just enough to take some much needed action.

Today the Moon is in the sign of Gemini. This energy will cause you to move at a much faster clip than the Taurus Moon we experienced over the past 2-1/2 days. Gemini is very curious sign, which absolutely requires mental stimulation. If Gemini falls silent they are either spellbound and captivated or they are bored and weary. This is a very action-oriented Moon that enjoys making contact with people, especially on a real life level and not so much behind the scenes. It's no secret that I do not like e-mail because it is so impersonal and you have to be so careful not injure someone's feelings due to misinterpretation. As a Gemini, that makes me nuts! Actually it probably pisses me off more than it makes me nuts. Social networking, Facebook and the like can easily be the same way, which I find very impersonal. Someone takes something the wrong way and BAM! you're defriended. It's so stupid and silly but yet there I am trying my best to make a personal connection on a mass level where there might otherwise be no one-on-one connection at all. As a Gemini, I prefer phone calls, not to mention it is the quickest and easiest way to get ahold of me. During a Gemini Moon there is more contact between siblings, cousins and neighbors because Gemini rules these people in our personal lives. Don't be surprised if you hear from these people today. Gemini is a smooth talker and not so much a fast talker like their counterpart Sagittarius. Gemini can talk their way into and out of just about anything, which is also why Gemini rules sales. The air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) are the intellectual signs, which means they express themselves through communication -- talking, writing, thinking, the intellect and a quick flow of ideas. Gemini is the brainiac and librarian of the zodiac, which also rules the brain, the mind and mental abilities including mental telepathy. Gemini rules grades 1 through 12 and prefers simple no-nonsense education and explanation rather than throwing around fifty dollars words and trying to impress with words that no one else knows.
