The Moon is in Aquarius until Friday, April 21, 2017 at 3:43 PM EDT. Roll your eyeballs 'up' and all of the little black rectangles will take you back to your Sun Sign's main landing page. Roll your eyeballs 'down' and you will see the Astro-Memes (important stuff) we are dealing with today.
On this website (drstandley.com) the Daily Horoscope is my interpretation of every aspect and transit occurring today. I only write one (1) Daily Horoscope, which is for all signs. It is only the Monthly, Yearly and Generational Horoscopes that are tailored to each Sun Sign.
Doesn't it seem like we keep running into the Sun conjunct Mercury aspect? The last time we saw this aspect was on March 6, 2017 when the Sun and Mercury were both in Pisces and before that it was on December 28, 2016 when the Sun and Mercury were in Capricorn. Now this Sun and Mercury are both in Taurus at 1:54 AM EDT, just 12 hours before Mercury moves into Aries at 1:37 PM EDT. This is cuttin' it close to create this conjunction but alas, it is present and showing itself. **Notice how Mercury in Aries is at 29 degrees 59 minutes on the downloadable chart wheel as it enters Aries and not 00 degrees 00 minutes. This is because Mercury is Retrograde and going backward in degrees, so it re-enters the sign of Aries coming from the higher degrees, not the lower degrees. Thank God we are under the influence of the Aquarian Moon during all of this planetary shifting, since Aquarius is friendlier and more trusting than a child picking up a hitch-hiker. At least we'll be in a great mood!
While the Sun conjunct Mercury certainly does create burnout and an overload of circuitry, you may feel a little more burnout than usual because there is so much cosmic action occurring. Today we experience this major aspect (conjunction), along with Pluto in Capricorn turning Retrograde at 8:48 AM EDT causing us to rehash all things that are Pluto in Capricorn. GREAT! All of that angst with the government, military, election, emails, taxes and scandal get rehashed. Why are we so surprised that Trump's taxes are the focus AGAIN! Pluto rules Scorpio and the 8th house of TAXES! And speaking of Scorpio, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a rehash of Hillary scandals AGAIN! Also today, Mercury re-enters Aries at 1:37 PM EDT because Mercury is Retrograde and going backward in degrees. That's why it is heading back into Aries. GREAT, aggressive conversation and transportation. That's all we need!
And lastly, today we experience only one lunar aspect, which is a trine to Jupiter. Remember, Jupiter e-x-p-a-n-d-s whatever it touches and today it is touching the Moon in Aquarius. Well Jupiter is THE MOST optimistic, jovial and freedom-loving planet, while Aquarius is THE MOST friendly, sociable and freedom-loving sign. So this lunar aspect dictating our emotions will cause us all to have a more positive attitude no matter what comes in front of us. Look for the positive and you will receive the positive, simply because that is what you are looking for, so that is what you will see. This lunar aspect happens to be our 'escape hatch' from all the fray. So while the Sun conjunct Mercury may have you in burnout-mode over politicians taxes, scandals and e-mails, as well as protests, trouble-makers and finger-pointers, this lunar aspect can help you remain focused on what you need to do for yourself and be happy about it.
Wow, I just thought of something, Jupiter is the higher-octave of the Moon and I happen to have Jupiter in Aquarius in my natal chart. That will give you some idea of just how positive I am. It is nearly impossible for me to have a negative or bad attitude, which is why this website is focused on the positive. I can't help myself!!! (winky wink) As I read this Daily Horoscope to my Mama Bear after I wrote it she said, "Yeah, that's pretty much you. Pretty much." And then I said, "Well I do have that serious, sarcastic and smart-ass Capricorn Moon too." And she said, "Yeah, that's pretty much you too. Pretty much." Then we laughed.
After you finish reading this write-up, make certain you read your MONTHLY HOROSCOPE by clicking one of these links ---> because the Sun moved into Taurus yesterday and Mercury Retrogrades (Rx) back into Aries today until May 16, 2017. Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces ---> You can also return to your main horsocope landing page using the small black rectangle box at the top of this page for your Sun Sign. There is always a link on your main horoscope landing page for your Monthly Horoscope. While Taurus season is not loaded with Taurus planets as you would think, there is still a strong influence on self-worth, personal possessions and earned income during this time. Money will take a front seat to Love, although Love will come in a very tight second.
