The Pisces Moon is opposing your 7th house of contractual relationships. This house also rules unions, lawsuits, contracts, partnerships, marriages, agreements, and open enemies with the public. This can be partnerships in business, marriage or a committed relationship that is a live-in arrangement. It also includes long-term associations, the animus (underlying passion or force), the relationship between soul and personality.

Virgo often has the feeling that their partner is their soulmate. There are a couple of very Good reasons for this feeling. First, Virgo is the Sun Sign that marries less than any other Sun Sign, simply because they are so picky and have a hard time finding the perfect partner. Second, the Pisces energy in this 7th house has a 'spiritual connect' type of energy, which makes the partner a spiritual connection, although this is not necessarily a soulmate. Soulmates in astrology are dictated by the North and South Node and quite frankly, not everyone is in a relationship lifetime. Some people are in career lifetimes, family lifetimes, money lifetimes, etc. Still, this does not mean that a Virgo cannot find a perfect partner. You need to realize that there are no perfect people but there is someone who is perfect for you and this is where the spiritual feeling is so strong. A Virgo coming together with their partner in spirtual living and spiritual conversation is very very very Good. The 'spiritual connect' is what you should be seeking in a committment relationship.
