The Pisces Moon is opposing your 7th house of contractual relationships. This house also rules unions, lawsuits, contracts, partnerships, marriages, agreements, and open enemies with the public. This can be partnerships in business, marriage or a committed relationship that is a live-in arrangement. It also includes long-term associations, the animus (underlying passion or force), the relationship between soul and personality.

This Pisces Moon can be quite a challenge especially if you are wanting someone else to change. The only way to change the situation is to change yourself and/or your approach to it. This 7th house rules open enemies with the public, which can make this a tug of war day with people you don't even know. The underlying feeling may be all about relationships and then a stranger could get the brunt of it. Remember, it's tough enough to change one thing about yourself, much less trying to change someone else. Sun opposing Pluto at exactly 11:36 AM EDT at 14 degrees 15 minutes. This is a major aspect, considered important and deserves your undivided attention.

As we begin to encounter these 'exact aspects' they are in applying degrees, which means you should be feeling the 'prodrome' or early symptom of what is coming. It's your intuition. After the 'exact aspect' the degrees will begin to pull apart, which is called separating degrees, which it will then leave you feeling either relieved or refreshed. So in addition to the Moon impacting the house mentioned above in the 2nd paragraph for your Sun Sign, we also experience these aspects.
