Your 'Sun Sign' describes where the Sun was at the exact moment that you were born and describes how you will shine in Life. KEYWORDS: Shine, strength, will, dominate, individuality, spirit, creative energy, children, power, masculine, paternal, authority, leadership, ambition, pride, self-expression, determine and confidence. You were born during a particular calendar month, so the Sun was moving through a particular sign (constellation). This same constellation shows up at the same point in time every year, therefore it is your Sun Sign a.k.a. Zodiac Sign.
LIBRA - "I BALANCE/PLAY FAIR, THEREFORE I AM." The Sun moves into Libra on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at 8:44 AM EDT until Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 6:15 PM EDT where it will then move into Scorpio. Everyone has Libra in their natal chart . . EVERYONE! Even if your sun sign is not Libra, you still have Libra somewhere in your natal chart. Depending on where Libra lands in your chart, this would be the type of energy you would bring into that house. It's IMPORTANT to remind you that Libra squares Capricorn. Every day since January 5, 2008 Pluto has been growing in degrees during its 16 year transit and tightening its grip making it a rough go for Libra's (and Aries). It's also important to remember that Libra rules justice, which means that it will be a tough haul but justice is getting a make-over from Pluto in Capricorn. This is actually more than a make-over, it's a full-blown transformation. Transformations are ugly because they involve destruction, then reconstruction, which ends in a full-blown transformation. So Libra's do have 'that' to look forward to. Pluto in Capricorn remains until November 19, 2024 thereby making one (1) more square to the Libra Sun on October 22, 2024 The Sun squaring Pluto on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 will be a fight. Again remember, Libra rules justice, fair play and what is equal to all. Pluto is explosive and unpredictable. In fact, it's so unpredictable that you can predict its unpredictability, making 'explosiveness' a certainty. The ground will likely shake either due to natural forces from the earth, such as earthquakes or the ground will shake because of feet stomping in the streets. This aspect should be teaching us compromise. This aspect will cause people from all sides to rise to the occasion and either march, fight, stomp or celebrate. When the Sun squares Pluto it is the aspect often associated with a 'revolutionary spirit.' Friendships, relationships, partnerships will be broken. Holy Wow, a lot of Libra's will be saying, "Bye-Bye" to a lot of their friends because they are all about fair play (justice and justness) because they rule the 'Scales of Justice', but it doesn't make them right. It's all personal now. Sides are being chosen and it's an us against them approach. This energy is supposed to be the perfect balance and the scales are going to tip and its gonna get ugly(ier). Keep in mind that Capricorn rules the government, the military, the police and those in a position of power. Authority figures and/or father figures are being toppled, getting sick, fired, laid off or thrown in jail. This is tough my dear Astrotators. I wrote about alot of this in the Pluto in Capricorn write-up back in October 2008 before o666ama was elected president. The more Pluto grows in degrees the more we will see a ballooning of issues. It would be wise to remember that God is in control. Libra's with birth dates surrounding these dates (that I wrote above), watch for the applying and separating degrees in the October 2024 Astro Memes when they are posted. Everybody has Libra in their natal chart . . EVERYONE! Even if your sun sign is not Libra, you still have Libra somewhere in your natal chart. Depending on where Libra lands in your chart, this would be the type of energy you would bring into that house. Since Aries is Libra's opposing sign, this also means that Aries has been experiencing a square to Pluto since 2008, but due to retrogrades continuing into the Spring the past two (2) years, the Sun in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn had its last exactness on April 18, 2022. But Libra's, due to a retrograde is still in the final thickness of the Sun squaring Pluto. See the April 2024 Astro Memes for the proof. Here is April 2023 Astro Memes, and April 2022 Astro Memes for proofs as well. In the Spring of 2025 Pluto will be in Aquarius (again) as it has been in the Spring the past two (2) years and will remain until January 19, 2044, which is why Aries is complete with their Sun in Aries square Pluto in Capricorn. Notice that the glyph for Libra represents the scales of justice. They are also a duality sign like the Gemini, although they seek balance and fair play whereas the Gemini has two completely different sides. Since they seek to weigh both sides of an issue and because they cannot stand injustices, they play fair and seek harmony. The problem is when Libra seeks harmony at all costs, which throws things off balance, and is the direct opposite of what they are attempting to accomplish. The Libra who 'does it all' because if they didn't do it then it would never get done, is NOT practicing balance. Libra needs to get off other people's path so they will have to set up and help. No matter how long it takes, wait for it rather than do so much that others don't have to. Libra rules the 7th house of unions, contracts, partnerships, marriages and law. They make excellent lawyers. When the Sun moves into Libra this brings a lot of us, we and our into the air. After all, Libra is an air sign. Libra is also a dual-natured and we-focused sign. It's opposite sign is Aries that is 'me' focused and Libra is 'we' focused. Aries is all about me, myself and I, while Libra is all about we, us and our. Libra is naturally ruled by the planet Venus, which is focused on committed relationships, companionship, marriage, couplings, partnerships, Love, harmony, balance and beauty. Taking into account that Libra is the harmonic balance between two things, often times Libra energy goes out of the way to seek balance and ends up throwing things completely off balance. It's like compromising so much that it's really not a compromise at all. Too much compromise is sure to leave someone a bit ticked off. Libra is about justice, fair play and moderation. Due to the fact that Libra is ruled by the planet Venus, Libra is a Lover, not a fighter and will do just about anything to keep the peace, but often times that just kicks the can down the road if nothing is ever confronted. Being all about peace does not necessarily mean there is peace or harmony. Libra's are thoughtful, impartial, fair, unprejudiced, conciliatory, foresighted, just, gracious, modest, refined, artistic, adaptable, persuasive, affectionate, peaceful, cheerful, sympathetic, forgiving, generous, idealistic, tactful and balanced. They are even-handed, harmonious, artistic, diplomatic and balanced with a strong sense of fairness. Libra's can be over-compromising, appeasing and judgmental. They play fair ball and do not care for any type of injustice. In fact, when it comes to justice and playing fair, they usually have a fist-in-the-air approach and fight tooth and toenail. If something is unfair, you will NOT hear the end of it. Guaranteed! Libra naturally rules the 7th house of partnerships, marriages, agreements, open enemies with the public, long-term associations, the animus, relationship between soul and personality, union with another person, lawsuits, contracts, agreements, negotiations, arbitrations, alliances, the lower back, committed relationships, the second child, contests, controversy, cooperation, public dealings, defendants, divorce, enemies of the State, girlfriends, boyfriends, fugitives, element of grandparents, one's spouse, one's helpmate, one's committed partner, conjugal Love, legal or common-law marriage, opponents or those in opposition, personality or appearance of the partner, the religion of friends, side trips on vacation, wife, husband. This Libra energy has the motto of, "I balance/play fair therefore I am." This motto is due to their strong sense of justice and their expertise in mediation, negotiation and counseling others. Do you know why Libra has such a strong sense of justice? It is primarily because the 'exalted' position of Saturn is in Libra. This is why Libra's will ALWAYS be attracted to a partner who works hard. It doesn't matter what the partner does personally or professionally, Libra will want that partner to work hard at whatever it is they do. Contrary to popular belief, Libra's are tenacious in their work ethic and will show up to work. This may be due to the fact that Libra is so close to Virgo that many Libra's will have perfectionistic and analytical Virgo planets in their chart. Libra's are the peacemakers of the zodiac because they can understand and acknowledge the differences on both sides of the situation. The biggest issue with this Libra influence is that while Libra is fantastic at compromising, they tend to over-compromise, which in turn causes things to be 'out of balance' which is the very thing they were attempting to avoid. In their attempt to have peace at all costs, Libra tends to take on too much thereby excusing others from stepping up to the plate. Once again, this results in imbalance. Libra does not want to fight with you, but they will. Libra is generally on a slow burn and it does take a lot to ruffle their feathers but when those feathers are ruffled, their sense of justice kicks in and they will demand that you play fair or they will NOT WANT to play with you. Yeah, they will take their toys and go home or make you go home. This Libra Sun is dual-natured as indicated by the symbol of the scales. It is ying/yang, male/female, this/that, yes/no, here/there, which shows just how companion compatible they really are because there is always a second half of the equation. By the way, all air signs (Libra, Aquarius and Gemini) are considered the intellectual signs, which means that these three signs require conversation, the free flow of ideas and mental stimuation. Since Libra rules the 7th house of committed relationships and partnerships, this is a companion focused sign. Libra is a very social sign who likes to be around people and better yet, their perfect partner. Libra wants to be present with their partner and they want to be able to sit on the couch in comfortable silence with a partner. When it comes to identifying the perfect partner for you, the chart describes that person to a T. We all have a pattern. We either need to break the pattern and step into our right pattern, or we have been in the pattern from our first relationship to our last. It's a pattern. My Scorpion King and I met on a dating website. When I saw his birthdate, I literally said outloud, Oh my gosh! This man has no idea that his single Life is over! O.V.E.R. OVER! We met the next day and our first date last three (3) days. No kidding. And I met his entire family. Our second date was a trip to Florida (to a friend's wedding) and we were there for five (5) days, from there we drove back to Cherokee, NC (9-1/2 hours from Clearwater, Florida) so he could meet my parents. I moved in four (4) months later. From the very start we were thrown together where we lost keys twice!! We were locked together twice!! The first time was how the first date ended up lasting three (3) days. The second time was losing all of our stuff on the beach in Clearwater and we had to overcome that challenge together. We couldn't remember where we parked the bicycles or where we left the backpack and towels. We agreed to 'divide and conquer'. He went one way on the beach and I went the other. When we came back together to see if each other found our stuff, he was walking toward me with his arms down at his side and then suddenly he lifted up his arms like an eagle and had all our stuff. It was an awesome moment as I went running toward him like a scene out of a beachy movie. WE LAUGHED off that half hour of sweating bullets (keys, wallets, phones, all of it) and share that fun memory today. Folks, the chart tells everything and when you follow the chart, breaking old patterns, and stepping into the right pattern and how you will handle challenges together. When I saw his birth date that day, it told me everything I need to know including how we would handle challenges (serious stuff, Saturn kind of stuff). Relationships are Truly one of God's wonderful miracles when you find another piece of your Life puzzle. The chart doesn't lie, only the mouth does.
