Today we are still under the 'orb of influence' of the New Moon in Taurus that occurred yesterday. The more you can cram into your head what Taurus energy is really about, the easier it will be to work the energy. This reminds me of how often Taurus is called, "hard-headed". This could not be closer to the Truth, and I mean this strictly from an anatomic standpoint and not from a stubborn standpoint. I know a lot of Taurus's and man oh' man do they have a hard-head. I mean their head really is rock hard, meaning a thick skull, which does not mean that they are unintelligent. When I say thick skull and hard-headed, I mean it literally.

Example --> Do you know how little babies bounce around when you hold them because they are a bit unstable trying to hold up that big ol' head on their tiny little neck? I use to be so leery of holding my grandson 'Big Tree' (a Taurus) with his rock hard-head too close to my face because if he bounced that hard-head near my mouth I was afraid he would bust my lip. He smacked my lip one time with that hard-bovine-head and since then I have been leery of his head. And get this, cows are known for bouncing their head. I suppose cows have to have hard-heads to support the weight of horns, which are often removed for financial or space-related reasons. So there you have it, yes Taurus humans really do have hard heads. I remember a dear friend of mine, who is a Taurus and an M.D., telling me that when he was in medical school he used to fall asleep listening to his lectures on tape to cram the information into his brain so he would remember it. I said, "THAT'S BECAUSE COWS REALLY DO HAVE THICK SKULLS AND YOU HAVE TO CRAM IN THE INFORMATION THROUGH THAT THICK BONE!"

So this brings me to my point, locate where Taurus is in your Natal Chart and Solar Return because this is where you may have a hard time getting something through your THICK SKULL!!! Not only that, Taurus is also one of the 4 fixed signs Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius, meaning they are firmly fixed in the middle of a season, so they aren't budging! Cardinal signs are the start of a season (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) so they are 'starters' and the Mutable signs are at the change of seasons (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces) so they are flexible and adaptable. But those fixed signs, Good luck changing their mind. Which brings me back to Taurus again.

Taurus gets a bad rap for being stubborn, but I don't think they are stubborn at all. Taurus is just clear on what they want and will 'not' settle for less than what they want. They have already decided and made up their mind. So while they are hard-headed in an anatomic way, they hard-headed in a firm and fixed way and not about to moooooooove because they are a fixed sign. Call it stubborn if you want, but it is really FIXED! So you see, it's no wonder Taurus is called hard-headed and stubborn because it is True anatomically and astrologically.

I encourage you to look at your Natal Chart and Solar Return so you can identify the Taurus trait in you. We all have all 12 Sun Signs in our natal chart, even if Taurus does not rule a house cusp for you and sits between two houses, the energy is still there. It's called an 'Interception'. When you identify this area of your chart, then you will have a better handle on your level of SELF-WORTH and why you are attracted to certain people, places or things. This should help you give yourself permission to be attracted to the finer things in Life or people who show up in that particular house who are attracted to the finer things in Life. Taurus makes no apologies for living the high Life and you shouldn't make apologies for it either, especially where Taurus energy shows up for you.
