Daily Horoscopes are written according to where the Moon is located.
For that reason you will see the Moon information 1st paragraph (below), the 2nd paragraph is the house that affects your Sign, and the 3rd paragraph is the horoscope itself based on the information of the 1st and 2nd paragraph.
THE MOON IS IN VIRGO TODAY! Keywords: analytical, health, hygiene, critical, perfection, fitness, routine, in-service, volunteer, co-workers, employees, daily regimen, organization, scheduling, neatness, clean The Moon in Virgo is moving through your 1st house of identity and how other's see you. This house also rules the personality, your attitude, how you see the world, how you look, appearances, your worldly outlook, and self-awareness and how you respond. It includes the self, ego, anima, projected image, expression of inner motivation, soul purpose, initial approach to life and your aura. Take special note that this first house rules your soul's purpose and your inner motivation. This posting is mainly about the upcoming Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio on Thursday, April 25, 2013. If you have been keeping up with this website, especially since that New Moon in Aries back on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 then you know I have been pushing you toward your staying on top of your new beginning (fresh start). The 2 week 'orb of influence' of the New Moon will end on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 and on Thursday, April 25, 2013 we will experience a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio. A New Moon is a fresh start and a new beginning while a Full Moon brings it full circle and puts a nice bow on it. Often times a Full Moon will require you to release something once and for all. Full Moon's have an 'orb of influence' of 5 days before and after the Full Moon although I like to give it a full 7 days to acccount for your intuition. At this writing, we are 5 days away from the Full Moon in Scorpio on April 25th, 2013. The other thing that we need to be aware of is that Full Moon's have a relationship tone to them. Full Moon's tend to make us more objective, clear minded and aware of our own needs AND THE needs of others because there is a big ol' spot light beaming down, which makes it pretty tough to miss the issue at hand. It's like shining a flashlight on something shiney. You can't miss it. While Full Moon's can certainly be emotionally whacked, you should do your best not to use a Full Moon in this way. Remember, a Full Moon is supposed to be 'objective' where you are not influenced by emotions or your own personal prejudice. Full Moon's are about clarity and release. Think about the word 'eclipse' and what it means. "The award ceremony was eclipsed by the horrific news on TV." . . . "Her good deeds were eclipsed by the events of the day." . . . "His brilliance eclipses all others in the classroom." . . . "When he gets angry, he eclipses the insane." . . . "His personality was eclipsed by her animated and lively spirit." So you can see, an eclipse basically means 'to block out' or take Light away from something else. Folks, keep the meaning of the word 'eclipse' in the forefront of your mind and then it will be easier to see what this Full Moon Lunar Eclipse is going to block out so that something else can be seen. This can actually come as a nice surprise where one event blocks out another event and everything that had you fretting turned out to be not such a big deal because some other event eclipsed it. Think of the eclipse as an 'overshadowing' event. Having said all of that, we are in the final four days of the 2 week 'orb of influence' of the New Moon that occurred on Wednesday, April 10th, 2013. Today we are being gifted the Virgo Moon who's motto is, "I analyze therefore I am" to help us work through some of the details of our new beginning. As I have been writing to you, each sign has a dual-nature and Virgo's dual-nature swings extreme like a pendulum from being a perfectionist to a procrastinator. How in the heck can a perfectionist be a procrastinator? Well it's easy, the perfectionist can be so busy tweaking and fine-tuning the smallest detail that the perfectionism takes on a Life of its own and procrastination sets in. Before you know it the tiny detail gets more time and attention that the full picture and then its a scramble to play catch-up because now the pressure is on. Incidentally, Virgo is great under pressure for this reason but why wait to be under pressure? Often times this Virgo energy can keep an individual from getting a project, business or idea off the ground because they are so hung up on a tiny detail that is absolutely insignificant. I'm a North Node Virgo and while I'm certainly a perfectionistic, anal-retentive, Type-A individual, I also know that details can be tweaked as I roll along because situations and circumstances change, especially with technology. If I waited until I had this website completely laid out to perfection then it would have never manifested. Some pages still aren't finished but oh well, they will be, one day, but I can't let that stop me from manifesting the site. Make certain you aren't standing so close to a situation that you can't see the entire picture. Stand back folks and I really mean stand back so your field of vision increases and you can see what needs to be seen. Especially since we are coming upon a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Thursday, April 25th, 2013. This Virgo Moon will likely have you tweaking and perfecting something that is of a daily significance to you. This is also a highly critical, nagging and nit-picky Moon. This is a fantastic day for you to sit on the floor in your office or closet and start getting yourself organized once and for all. It is your office and closet that are bases for your daily existence and you need to clean up the mess. Even though Virgo is perfectionistic and organized, you are likely more this way with others affairs than your own. It's time to pitch, reorganize, reshelve and rejoice! You have an eye for quality and its time to bring quality back to your own space. For Virgo's this two week time period from New Moon to Full Moon involves your 8th house of Aries and coming to a completion in your 2nd house of Libra as you can see from the flow of your Solar Chart below. It will then set you up for the Stellium in Taurus, which you can see from the flow chart below that it will impact your 9th house. Read more about what the 12 houses rule here!
