The Moon in Aries is moving through your 8th house of the wealth of your spouse or business partner, joint resources, support from other people, insurance, legacies, other people's money, stocks, bonds, taxes, inheritances and wills. It also includes, surgeries, spirituality, astral experiences, the metaphysical realm, transformation, regeneration and covers death or endings (rebirth), sex and an element of legal matters.

Today is a huge overview for everyone on all of these planets coming out of Retrograde status or going into Retrograde status. Man oh' man we are in the midst of some very interesting energy as we are in the midst of a bunch of change. It's not that unusual to see several planets Retrograde, although I do think it is unusual to see so many of them changing from Retrograde to Direct or Direct to Retrograde with a one-week time span. I find THAT very interesting.

Mercury, the planet of our communication, transportation and basic learning just turned Direct this past Friday, February 28th. Then yesterday March 1st, Mars, the planet of aggression, assertion and competition turned Retrograde in Libra, which is the sign of committed relationships and contractual agreements. Today, Saturn, the planet of time, patience, limitation, restriction, stability and authority figures turns Retrograde. And then on Thursday, March 6th, Jupiter, the planet of expansion, abundance, luck, ambitions and goals turns Direct. Well if that isn't a trade off of one energy for another, then I don't know what is.

During Mercury Retrograde you should have gotten your mind straight and your Life organized and rescheduled. Mercury naturally rules Gemini and Virgo and these two signs like to have everything in its proper place and they like to use the proper tool for the proper job. Mars Retrograde in the sign of Libra brings to mind contractual agreements, marriages, partnerships, unions with another and negotiations. Now I think this is great because remember from my writing yesterday, Retrogrades give us a repeat performance or do-over so we can get straight and fly right before progressing forward. As an engaged woman, I can tell you that I won't be getting married during Mars Retrograde, that's for dang sure! If you are thinking about elective plastic surgery, I wouldn't advise doing it doing Mars Retrograde because Libra is naturally ruled by Venus, the planet of beauty, art, aesthetics, music and Love. This is however a wonderful time for you to retrace your steps with the one you Love and have a pow-wow in order to come to an agreement about the relationship. If you recently broke up, then this can give you the closure that you need. Right now Mars is at 27 degrees as it turns Retrograde heading backward now in degrees. Mars will remain Retrograde until May 20, 2014 where it will take us all the way back to 09 degrees. The last time Mars was in Libra at 9 degrees was on Halloween, October 31, 2013. Now why would the Universe take us back to that time period? What was going on with committed relationships or business partnerships at that time. Saturn, the planet of time, patience, limitation, restriction, stability and authority figures turns Retrograde today. Sometimes just mentioning the word "Saturn" can scare the pants off some people. As I stated yesterday Saturn, the father and authority figure in the sign of Scorpio does not want to spank you and send you to your room. No Good father wants to do that. Saturn wants to plaster a sticker on the window of its car that says, "My kid is on the honor roll." Think of Saturn being the signs along the highway when you are driving. The speed limit sign says, "Speed Limit 55." The red octagonal sign says, "Stop!" Another sign tells you where the next gas station is located. If you choose not to self-limit and self-restrict then you may get a ticket for speeding or going through a stop sign. If you choose not to watch your gas gauge and ignore the sign ahead that tells you where the next gas station is, then you might find yourself in the middle of nowhere on the side of the road and out of gas. I hope you have a back-up plan such as having some sort of roadside assistance available to you. All Saturn really wants from you is to be responsible, mature and self-stabilizing. The signs are there, so if you didn't read them it is no one's fault but your own. If you will not self-limit then Saturn will gladly step in and do it for you and believe me, it will hurt! Saturn does not like it when an individual acts and reacts as if the rules do not apply to them. Saturn in the 2nd house of your personal natal chart may have had to teach you a thing or two about money. Once you self-restrict, self-limit and stop telling yourself that you deserve those new pair of shoes when you really don't, then the Universe will give you your reward. But if you are rewarding yourself through spending money you don't have, telling yourself that you deserve to make a purchase when you have proved through past spending habits that you don't deserve it, then the Universe may send Saturn in to teach you a thing or two about money. The same would be true if you have Saturn in your 7th house of marriages and committed relationships. Saturn wants you to take responsibility and give yourself some stability. You definitely don't want to engage in infidelity or some kind of crazy relationship behavior with Saturn in the 7th house. And by all means, do not mismanage your money if you have Saturn in the 2nd house. There is NO WAY I would let an irresponsible teenager who didn't make Good grades drive my car and I sure as heck would not give that irresponsible teenager money for nothing or pay for their phone bill. Jupiter is in the sign of Cancer, which is the placement of the millionaire! Yep, Jupiter in Cancer is a very very very lucky and abundant as it is in its 'exaltation'. When a planet is in its exaltation, it is the second strongest placement for the planet. The strongest placement is when a planet is in its 'Home' placement. Jupiter naturally rules Sagittarius, so when Jupiter is in Sagittarius, it would be in its 'Home' placement. An 'exaltation' is seen as being a 'guest' in this house. Have you ever heard anyone say, "Mi casa, su casa." In Spanish this means, my house is your house. Jupiter is going to turn Direct on Thursday, March 6, 2014 which is wonderful news because Jupiter is a money planet and opens up our abundance for the area that it is impacting. When Jupiter turns Direct on Thursday you may feel as though the parking brake has been released and it may actually feel like a pop or a jerk as Life begins feeling more abundant again. As I stated yesterday, these Retrogrades serve a very Good purpose for us to retrace our steps so we can get our act together before we progress forward. We get a do-over! We actually get three chances to get things right with Retrogrades because they travel forward over a set of degrees the first time, then they go backward over those same degrees, which is twice, and then when the planet turns Direct it goes back over those degrees for a third time. Retrogrades are meant to serve us well, not tip us over and stomp all over us for kicks and grins. Take your do-over's and roll with them. Straighten up and fly right during these Retrogrades because you are getting a second and third chance to get it right before you progress forward. I'm telling you folks, when the Universe sees you obeying the rules of Astrology and self-disciplining and self-limiting and doing the right thing and puttin' the smack down on stupid drama, then you get rewarded.

Now get out there my little mentators and smack these Retrogrades out of the ballpark because today there is an Aries Moon which is the beginning of the astrological lunar calendar. It's a double delicious day for a 'new beginning' since we just had a New Moon in Pisces yesterday and now we have an Aries Moon today, which is the beginning of all beginnings. Take this aggressive Aries approach to get your actions and reactions straight without pointing your finger at others. This Aries Moon is about the 'self' so get straight and fly right.
