What is a Natal Chart?
SAGITTARIUS - "I PERCEIVE/SEE, THEREFORE I AM."
Mars is in Sagittarius from December 13, 2021 until January 24, 2022. The last time Mars was in Sagittarus was two (2) years ago from January 3, 2020 until February 16, 2020. Think back to that time to look at the pattern that might be taking place in your Life, so you can either embrace the pattern or break the pattern.
Mars is the planet of assertion and drive. Mars (along with the Sun) is the testosterone in the chart. It will describe the degree of force that we go after what we want. Depending on the sign that Mars is in, it will tell us whether we are forceful and confrontational or if we prefer to sit back and watch. It will also reveal what motivates us and what desires drive us most powerfully. The house that Mars occupies in your Natal Chart or Solar Return is where these characteristics will manifest the most.
Mars is the planet of combat, fighting, competition, force and aggression. Other Mars keywords are -- Energy, assertive, decisive, action, initiative, impulse, impulsive, adventurous, quickness, rapid, physical energy, headstrong, courage, brave and rash. Mars does not take no for an answer. It's more like, "Oh yeah, well watch this!" Mars naturally rules Aries but it is the ancient ruler of Scorpio, while Pluto is the modern day ruler of Scorpio. Mars in Sagittarius is the placement of the crusader, the preacher, the patriot, the converter (one who likes to convert others) and the fanatic. This transit through Sagittarius has very strong political, philosophic and religious beliefs and will do and say all they can to convert you to their side of the subject matter. These individuals have a cause and they want you on their team holding a sign with one fist and pumping the air with the other fist. This transit is synonymous with the word 'dogma'. Those with this placement in their natal chart will likely have a lot of opposition against them, simply because the Mars in Sagittarius rules (causes) are so opinionated and peddled as fact. There is a lot of resentment that will be created, caused and stirred up when this transit comes to town.
As stated, this is the placement of the crusader, the preacher, the patriot, the converter (one who likes to convert others) and the fanatic, so you may be able to see now that this placement is all about God and country. This makes me wonder how Superbowl will fare with commercials and viewership because this transit will be present at tha time. I don't have Mars in Sagittarius and I'm all about God and country (in that order) so you can imagine what this placement will be like for those with the transit in their natal chart or Solar Return. While some do not want to stand up for the flag, and that which is stands for, others will espousing their staunch beliefs just as hard. I may be one of them (and I don't even have this placement). It is sure to get the masses wound up! [Keep reading . . . ]
When Mars in Sagittarius gets on a rip with regard to religious beliefs, this will cause some to do all they can to convert others to their way of thinking, even if it means knocking on doors and passing out pamphlets. Keep in mind, this has to do with all religions whether it is Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, etc. This could also mean the atheists have something to say as well, not to mention groups who are anti- everything that is Good. This could bring out groups who think they are 'superior' to others (that being supremists). Lest they forget that everyone pulls down their pants and uses the restroom the same way. Duhhh!
Keep in mind that Mars is the natural ruler of Aries (sports and competition) and also the ancient ruler of Scorpio (paybacks are hell). This makes sports fans literally fanatics. Enthusiasm, excitement, cheering and clapping with force and determination when it comes to sports. Again, this is going to be one interesting placement around the time of Superbowl. This transit is goal oriented and since Scorpio is involved by way of Mars as its ancient ruler, I'll bet there will be more betting going on than usual.
This placement brings out the fanatic, the preacher and crusader so much so that Mars in Sagittarius doesn't really care what others think or if it says something that might offend others. This transit says, "Might makes right!" Stay Astrologized™
