The Moon in Virgo is trine (easy and effortless energy) your 9th house of the higher-thinking mind, religion, college, higher education, legalities, brothers and sisters-in-law, philosophy, prophecy, philanthropy, all things "foreign", intuition, long distance journeys abroad, churches, airlines, vacations, international commerce, dreams, visions and teachers.

Since the 3rd house is local people and travel, then it's opposite house (the 9th house) is about foreign people and foreign travel. Think about signing up for a class, workshop or engaging in some form of higher-level education experience. This is a time when you will probably notice more culturally diverse people or eat food that is of a different culture than your own. You may even come across into several people who have foreign accents either in person or on the phone which can test your patience. You need to remember that you are also foreigner with an accent to someone else and it is neither your fault or their fault that this culture barrier exists. You need to learn how to get passed it. You could easily reveal your rude side today and that is just plain unattractive. This will not be a problem unless of course you treat it like one. Be nice Capricorn because often times Capricorn acts like a diva since you rule the 10th house, the highest point on the chart wheel.
