The Moon in Taurus is trine (easy and effortless energy) your 9th house of the higher-thinking mind, religion, college, higher education, legalities, brothers and sisters-in-law, philosophy, prophecy, philanthropy, all things "foreign", intuition, long distance journeys abroad, churches, airlines, vacations, international commerce, dreams, visions and teachers.

For Virgo and Virgo Rising, since the Moon is in an earth sign (Taurus) and you are an earth sign, then this makes for the perfect time to tap your intuition, while the Moon is moving through the house of intuition, dreams and visions. Remember, this 9th house rules the higher-thinking mind and expanded views. This is the 'global' house and you need to think bigger and then act on that big thinking. Your tendency is to stare down the small stuff (details) which will cause you to miss the big (global) picture. When it comes to money, consider the big picture and you will see more money roll in.
