The Libra Moon is moving through your 1st house of identity and how other's see you. This house also rules the personality, your attitude, how you see the world, how you look, appearances, your worldly outlook, and self-awareness and how you respond. It includes the self, ego, anima, projected image, expression of inner motivation, soul purpose, initial approach to life and your aura. First I would like to remind you that even though Libra is all about harmony, balance and compromise, often times it over-compromises and that can leave someone angry or upset (usually the Libra). Quite honestly, the easiest way to see how these planets impact your personal Natal Chart is to get a Transit and Progression Report. Folks, these reports are basically personal horoscopes tailored to your birth information (time, date and location). You cannot get more of an exacting horoscope than a Transits and Progressions Report. These reports are quite handy if a personal reading is just out of reach for you right now. Horoscopes that all astrologers write are for the multitudes, since we don't know everyone on the planet's birth date, time and location. A Transit and Progression Report tells how each planet -- the Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Mercury, Saturn, Uranus, Jupiter, Pluto and Neptune aspect (impact) the planets in your natal chart. See the example below for a fictious person:

These next several lines would include a personal horoscope that interprets Transiting Jupiter trine this person's Natal Saturn. These Transit and Progression Reports are quite large because there are typically several horoscopes per day taking into account any impact of transiting Jupiter on your personal planets.

For your viewing pleasure, the natal planet above is a planet in the personal chart (when you were born) and the transiting planet is where the planet is on the date and time listed. In this case it is Transiting Jupiter in Cancer at 19° 48` making an aspect (trine) to this person's Natal Saturn in Cancer at 19° 48`. So the transiting planet in line one goes with the first set of degrees and minutes in line two and the natal planet in line one goes with the second set of degrees and minutes in line two.

In my Transit and Progression Reports I calculate 'transit to natal' and 'transit to transit'. The 'transit to natal' is personal to you and the 'transit to transit' is everyone. I want you to see when you're crazy or when everyone is. LOL! The example above was a 'transit to natal' example. The example below is a 'transit to transit' where both planets in line one say 'transiting'. See example below:
