The Moon in Taurus is moving through your 1st house of identity and how other's see you. This house also rules the personality, your attitude, how you see the world, how you look, appearances, your worldly outlook, and self-awareness and how you respond. It includes the self, ego, anima, projected image, expression of inner motivation, soul purpose, initial approach to life and your aura. Take special note that this first house rules your soul's purpose and your inner motivation.

This Taurus Moon rules your Solar 1st house as indicated in the 2nd paragraph above. This is why most Taurus' will express themselves through what they 'have'. Notice how I use the word 'have' because the Taurus motto is, "I have therefore I am." Taurus will drop little tidbits of information about what they 'have' as well as tidbits of information about what they 'had'. If Taurus is focused on what they 'had' then there may be some regret, loss or lack of self-worth. It could even show up as envy or jealousy. Watch your cow tongue there Taurus because when you go the opposite direction of 'have' into 'had' then you are revealing something very personal about yourself. Stay in 'have-mode'. You see dear Taurus, power and confidence comes through what you 'have' especially if it has a financial tie, quality or standard. We could all learn something about quality when it comes to higher standards. Settling into less-than-mode is unbecoming of a Taurus and they do not wear it well. Dessert anyone? You may be craving a rich dessert today and why not . . because it is RICH!

Since we will experience a New Moon in Taurus on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 12:13 AM EDT at 26 degrees 56 minutes (okay, let's call it 27 degrees), I want to set you up with an understanding of Taurus energy. Yesterday I began with reminding you that today's Taurus Moon rules self-worth, which is its foundation and then everything else is built on top of it. Hang with me here folks because it has everything to do with your personal natal chart. Remember, the chart doesn't lie, only the mouth does. So Taurus has self-worth as its base, then morals, values, personal money and personal possessions are piled on top of the self-worth. Our self-worth will dictate our morals and values, which will then dictate how we spend our money and what our personal possessions will look like. And because our morals and values are involved, it will also give an indication as to the kind of people we surround ourselves with and associate. So, ask yourself . . what is my self-worth not only morally, but socially and financially? This is juicy stuff folks. Taurus 'usually' has no problem admitting that they prefer the finer things in Life. They will choose partner's who make really great money, they like fancy cars, jewelry, music and singing (melodious cow) rich desserts, coin collecting and anything that sparkles and shines, and it would be even better if it was draped in diamonds and/or gold. Many Taurus' will often have a gold or yellow wall or a piece of furniture or artwork that brings out the desire for wealth. Taurus' just Love their butter and cream. For some Taurus', they might even enjoy some baked potato with their butter. Taurus is well-dressed, well-mannered and well-spoken. Taurus usually does not have knock-around clothes. If Taurus is wearing a sweatsuit, it is probably bedazzled or it is designer. Even Taurus' who may be going through a tough financial time will still be able to find designer dudes at the local thrift store. If it is 'finer' then they will find it. Now what I want you to do is look at your personal natal chart and see which house Taurus rules in your chart and this is where your level of self-worth will reveal itself the most, especially since we know that we will experiene the Full Moon in Taurus at 12:13 AM EDT super early (just after midnight) Monday morning, May 18, 2015.
