The Moon in Taurus is moving through your 3rd house of communication, writing, mental abilities, lower education from 1st to 12th grade, early learning, immediate environment, short journeys, local travel and travel within your own country. It also rules neighbors, siblings and extended siblings such as cousins, nieces and nephews.

As we prepare to enter the New Year under the influence of the Moon in Taurus, it is important to remember when you see the word "Taurus" to always think of the two words "self-worth". Taurus naturally rules self-worth, which reveals itself on the physical plane as 'your' personal money and personal possessions. On the invisible plane self-worth reveals itself as 'your' morals and values. Take the time think of about these two planes of evidence, the visible and the invisible. I'm also stressing the word 'your' because the Taurus motto is "I have therefore I am," which reveals itself in our verbage as 'my' and 'mine'. YOURS! It is what a person 'has' that shows where and how they derive their self-worth. Venus is the natural ruler of Taurus so when an individual does not have any planets in Taurus in their natal chart or if the individual does not have a house cusp that is ruled by Taurus in their natal chart, it is just as easy to look to Venus in the chart to gather their self-worth information.

It's interesting how Pisces can be so bull-headed when they are a mutable (changeable) sign. Pisces is not a fixed sign but can often act and react that way because the fixed nature of Taurus settles down into this 3rd house of the mind. It is almost as if you head becomes hardened and their is no getting through to you. It is probably hardest to change a Pisces mind when the Moon is in Taurus than any other time of the month. While that might be a great time to exchange wedding vows, it is not a Good time to make any other decision because you would not be open to the ideas of others. You would be more like a rockfish where your head is harder than a dang rock!
