The Capricorn Moon is squaring (challenging) your 4th house of home and family. It describes your roots, your heritage and your private life. This house also rules land, property, residences, domestic affairs, psychological foundations, biological inheritance and place of abode.

Yesterday I gave you a nice dose of background information on this Capricorn energy, so you can identify the energy in your own chart. Here is another dose of information. Since Capricorn naturally rules the dignified and honor house of the chart, Capricorn will openly display a strong will to succeed ... no ... matter ... WHAT! Capricorn naturally rules authority figures, father figures and those who are in a position of management or authority. So you can see, Capricorn absolutely will not tolerate anyone or anything that demeans or undermines them. Capricorn energy is dignified, it has a strong moral compass and commands respectability. The word 'noble' and 'pedigree' are definitely Capricorn words. Does this sound snotty to you? Well again, it depends on how the energy is used because Capricorn can certainly be stuck up and stuffy. There is a reason why those in management are called "stuffed shirts". Remember, the Capricorn stands in integrity who has a strong sense of duty and honor who will not curtsy, bow or kowtow to anyone. Most Capricorn's will die with their dignifity intact and will leave a legacy behind. Public embarrassment, scandal or shame to a Capricorn would be the worst thing that could happen to them. This is always in the mind of the Capricorn, which is why very few Capricorn's (only 30 percent) will experience public humiliation and the rest will die with their boots on.

I call this Capricorn Moon sobering because Capricorn is the opposite sign of Cancer, which is emotionally sensitive and moody. Well, Capricorn is just the opposite energy. If Cancer is emotionally sensitive, Capricorn is stern and cold. Capricorn does not sugarcoat and delivers a message with a blow like a two by four up side the head. This is why Capricorn is sobering and sane. Those with a Capricorn Moon in their chart (like myself) can sober up their emotions faster than you can flip a switch from on to off.

Dang is it cold where you are? This cold Capricorn Moon can be a bit frigid so you'll need to watch how this impacts your 4th house of the home and family. Your tone and mannerisms could be very cold to family members and you may not be so quick to answer the phone if you see them on the Caller ID. It's best you don't answer if you feel this way because then you might be tempted to answer with a fake tone in your voice. Make certain that you people-please because you want to and not because you feel like you have to . . otherwise it would be fake and then that lie is on you.
