I will send the chart within 24 hours of your confirmation e-mail." Lately I have been receiving orders from individuals who have not yet confirmed their birth information and did not include a phone number, so I can't even call to confirm or say, "Check your spam/junk folder for that e-mail." If I write your chart or report without a confirmation of accuracy and the birth information has a typo in it that you made, then you would have to re-order another chart or report because the fee for the report is based on time. I usually have about 5 people on average who at any given time have not responded to the e-mail and who have not provided a phone number so I can confirm.
