The subject line will say, "Confirmation of Birth Information". On the chart and/or report order page I do write in bold red lettering -- "NOTE - I will send you an e-mail right after I receive your order asking for confirmation of your birth information. ONLY after I receive a confirmation e-mail from you confirming the accuracy of your birth information will I begin writing your chart. I will send the chart within 24 hours of your confirmation e-mail." Lately I have been receiving orders from individuals who have not yet confirmed their birth information and did not include a phone number, so I can't even call to confirm or say, "Check your spam/junk folder for that e-mail." If I write your chart or report without a confirmation of accuracy and the birth information has a typo in it that you made, then you would have to re-order another chart or report because the fee for the report is based on time. I usually have about 5 people on average who at any given time have not responded to the e-mail and who have not provided a phone number so I can confirm. If you are one of these people, please call me or check your e-mail for that subject line that says, "Confirmation of Birth Information".
