The Moon in Pisces is moving through your 3rd house of communication, writing, mental abilities, lower education from 1st to 12th grade, early learning, immediate environment, short journeys, local travel and travel within your own country. It also rules neighbors, siblings and extended siblings such as cousins, nieces and nephews.

Pisces energy always works for a Capricorn, unless of course you have a South Node in Pisces but even still it would work because it really plays UP your intuition and mental abilities. This is a time of trust and you have to trust yourself. You need to strategize how you will propel yourself to the summit. Remember that you are the sign of the Billy goat and Billy goats have a tendency to take big leaps UPward. Sometimes you make things harder than they have to be by going so slow, step-by-step. Think about propulsion. A catapult propels. You do not have to climb every dang rung on the ladder for Pete's sake! You can propel yourself like a catapult if you really wanted to. Make it easy on yourself. It's time to smack the bell with the sledgehammer.

It is important to know what sign rules each house cusp because it is precisely the sign that rules each house cusp that pretty much describes the type of person you are in that particular house. For instance, let's say that you an Aries Rising. It is the Rising Sign that describes your personality, your appearance, how you respond to others and how you appear to others. So even though you are a Capricorn Sun Sign, you would appear to others to be an Aries (if you are an Aries Rising). Then once people get to know you, then they recognize you more as a Capricorn. This is how after a couple of years someone might say, "YOU'VE CHANGED!" when really you have not changed at all. You were being yourself all along. Once we get past the Rising Sign then we see each other for who we really are . . our Sun Sign (Capricorn in your case). Strange huh? And then to complicate matters there are all those aspects (trines, oppositions, squares) bouncing off each other impacting your response in another house. It takes time to get to know your own natal chart, much less getting to know someone else's. Be patient with yourself and others. Re-read that section again taking into account the information about the Rising Sign and each house cusp.
