The Moon in Virgo is trine (easy and effortless energy) your 9th house of the higher-thinking mind, religion, college, higher education, legalities, brothers and sisters-in-law, philosophy, prophecy, philanthropy, all things "foreign", intuition, long distance journeys abroad, churches, airlines, vacations, international commerce, dreams, visions and teachers.

Whenever the Moon moves into this 9th house you should be looking for an opportunity like no other time of the month. Just write it down that when Virgo moves into this 9th house, you are likely to have a stroke of luck. This is when extra blessings are typically rained down on you but you must be aware enough to recognize the opportunity. So many times opportunity passes people by simply because they are too afraid or not willing to risk even a little bit. You need to see everything that happens and everyone that crosses your path as an opportunity. Splash some cold water on your face and open your eyes! Capricorn typically resonates with the cold simply because they are naturally ruled by the cold planet of Saturn, not to mention you were born in the winter months.
