If you have been using the Saturn in Capricorn Transiting Degree Calendar then you will see Saturn at 09 degrees on April 17, 2018 where it turned Retrograde and then re-emerged at 09 degrees on December 12, 2018 when it came out of his post-retrograde-shadow. On December 12, 2018 you will feel the restriction and limitation lifted as Life begins to open up again.
