The Libra Moon is moving through your 12th house of the hidden realm, subconscious, past, pain, karma, jails, institutions, hospitals, finances of friends, secret sorrows, fears, self-destruction, large animals, skeletons in closet, self-undoing and self-injury. This Libra Moon can really take a toll on Scorpio because Scorpio absolutely has to have passion and physical affection. If your partner does not know this, then that is your problem because you are suppose to teach them about you. And if you settled for less that what you "desire" then you need to correct this in your Life. Deep passion is the air that Scorpio breathes. Make certain that you do not slip into a "funk" (pouting, sulking or self-pity) over Love because this 12th house can make you sad and create your own self-undoing if you are not a satisfied Scorpio either personally or professionally. You have hidden strengths that need to be used. If you are dissatisifed personally or professionally then you are probably not using those hidden strengths.
