The Moon in Scorpio is moving through your 1st house of identity and how other's see you. That's only 6 minutes away from being a full 24 degrees, so let's just call it 24 degrees. Keep in mind that a Full Moon occurs when the Moon (emotions) and the Sun (identity) are in opposing signs. Here is the point I really want to drive home, nail down and embed into your grey matter. If you are not already aware of this, then this is an awesome piece of information that is going to make your lightbulb 'aha' moment burst like a dang firecracker. A New Moon ALWAYS precedes (comes before) a Full Moon in the same Sun Sign by 6 full months. If you look at the 2014 Phases of the Moon Calendar you will see that in January 2014 there was a New Moon in Capricorn. A New Moon is when the Sun and the Moon are in the same sign. Unlike a Full Moon where the Moon and the Sun are in opposite signs. So in January 2014 there was a New Moon in Capricorn where the Moon and the Sun were BOTH in Capricorn. Six months later, in July 2014 there will be a Full Moon in Capricorn, where the Moon and the Sun will be in opposite signs. If you look at the 2014 Phases of the Moon Calendar you will see that in January 2014 the New Moon was in Capricorn and the Full Moon was in Cancer. That Full Moon in Cancer occurred 6 months after the New Moon in Cancer in July 2013. Is that crazy dang cool? I LOVE THIS STUFF! Folks, there is always a rhythm and dance to astrology.

So today we experience the Full Moon in Scorpio, which is the 6 month follow-up or check-up to that New Moon in Scorpio that occurred in November 2013. As a gentle reminder, I do archive all of the calendars, which is the first link you will find under the 'Astrology' button in the navigation column on the left. Here is the 2013 Phases of the Moon Calendar. You should be seeing every single Full Moon as a follow-up or check-up, which means whatever you brought in as 'new' under the New Moon 6 months earlier, you should have hammered down, completed, finished, wrapped up and solidified by now. In this way, the next 6 months will take us up to the next New Moon in Scorpio, which will fulfill a complete year of that new thing, which should change the direction our Life. That's why a New Moon influences a particular house for an entire YEAR!

I gave the example in the Weekly Horoscope of how I handled that New Moon in Scorpio back in November 2013. I not only applied that New Moon in Scorpio to the area of my personal natal chart that is ruled by Scorpio, but I also applied that New Moon in Scorpio to where it impacts all Gemini's on the planet, which is the 6th house of health, daily routine, work ethic, etc. So at that time, back in November 2013 I decided to address my health and get a full check-up, from head to toe, including complete blood panel and laboratory report including hormone levels, gynecological exam and mammogram. I even had my eyes examined for a new contacts prescription and had my usual 6 month teeth cleaning at the dentist (my brother's office). I jumped on that New Moon in Scorpio in Gemini's 6th house back in November 2013. This Full Moon in Scorpio tells me that 'by now' I should have have had all of those appointments wrapped up, addressed and completed by this Full Moon. Interestingly enough, going through menopause, I had a few follow-up appointments that had to be addressed that were actually wrapped up last month. As attentive as I am to my health and fitness, I was surprised that follow-up appointments were necessary. But alas, they were. Having gone through menopause with barely any symptoms was not a surprise to me but it sure was to the traditional doctors. BIG LOLOLOLOL! Hey, I am holistic as it gets so I expected 'not to be' like the typical menopausal woman. Anyway, I hit all of the buttons of health because of that New Moon in Scorpio back in November 2013 and I have a super clean bill of health and a super clean slate. And folks, THAT is what a New Moon to Full Moon looks like.

Now the next 6 months, from this Full Moon in Scorpio to the next New Moon in Scorpio, I'm going to stay on my fitness, nutrition and activities of daily living trek and continue to make it better. So the Full Moon is an ending or wrapping up of sorts, where one door closes and another one opens but both doors have to do with each other. Last night was my first ceramic class. I decided that my activities of daily living need something new to take me away from my computer so I have a fuller Life and interaction with other people, in person. This is all part of my New Moon in Scorpio from 6 months ago that is all about daily routine and activities of daily living.

So there ya' go folks. On May 28, 2014 is the next New Moon, which impacts you for an entire year and the 6 month check-up will be in December 2014. Please do me a favor.
