The Cancer Moon is trine (easy and effortless energy) your 9th house of the higher-thinking mind, religion, college, higher education, legalities, brothers and sisters-in-law, philosophy, prophecy, philanthropy, all things "foreign", intuition, long distance journeys abroad, churches, airlines, vacations, international commerce, dreams, visions and teachers.

You need to trust your instincts and take a big ol' giant leap in Life. The word 'instinct' has a bit of Scorpio in it. Do you hear the word 'sting' in the word 'instinct'. Your nature is very fixed and does not submit to change easily. That's all well and Good but it could keep you in the same place without much growth or improvement. You need a new label on your chest that says, "New and Improved Scorpio!" This is the house of BIGNESS and you simply need to think bigger, especially if you are in a stagnated period of your Life. The next two paragraphs are for everyone: Individuals are more likely to get emotionally twisted over home and family issues during this Moon than any other Moon placement. Typically the mind will take individuals back to childhood and you may hear yourself or others say, "When I was growing up . . . " or "I was always told . . . " The only thing about this type of thinking is if you are an adult, it has been a long long long time since you were a child and now you get to say who, what, when, where, why and how much. Now you get to evolve and change the house rules into something that works for you and your family. If you are still operating your Life with the childhood thinking of an 8, 12 or 16 year old, then you may now be able to see how that does not work for you as a 26, 36, 46, 56 or 66 year old or however old you are for that matter.

This Cancer Moon carries the motto, "I feel therefore I am." It is important be in touch with and recognize how you feel. When you communicate how you 'feel' then the words should come out as, "I feel . . . " rather than an accusation or statement that does not accurately describe the feeling. There is an extreme emotional sensitivity wherever Cancer shows up in your Natal Chart and this emotional sensitivity can cause one to brood and pout over the slightest of things. Then here come the tears (water indicator). The Cancer Moon causes us to take things way too personal when it wasn't about us at all. This is where you 'get to' look at the situation and mentate on what memory is this bringing up for you. Cancer's have the memory of an elephant, so where you may take something too personal may be indicate something from childhood. As I state in the above paragraph, if you are still operating your Life from a child's perspective, surely you can see how that does not work for you as an adult. Now you are an adult and you get to say -- who, want, when, where, why, how, how long and how much. Check your emotions folks and identify them rightly.
