I would like to share my motivation for writing what I did on Monday the 23rd when I explained what it takes to keep a website of this magnitude running. Even though this website is a phenomenally busy website, my goal is to always exceed its current status. My game plan is to always go bigger, better and more, not stay the same. I have no desire whatsoever to stay the same. Boredom and status quo is a Gemini's worst nightmare. I have been an entrepreneur and an employer since I was 22 years old and there is nothing like growing so much that you have to hire more people. Remember folks, I have a business-minded Capricorn Moon. (winky wink) As a business woman, my motivation is to hire people and pay them their worth. While bartering and pro bono work certainly have a time and place in our society, in this case I am more interested in growing to hire others. THAT is my itch! When your business grows so much that you have to hire others, that is a successful business in my eyes. Then those individuals can take care of their families and afford the things they need and want in Life. Oh it's such a wonderful cycle of receiving, giving, sharing and providing. I LOVE IT! I want more people! This is why your support is really the coal in the locomotive engine. It's win/win situation all the way around. Having said that, hats off to my research minions who keep my brain full and my fingers pecking so I can keep your eyeballs busy and your brains full. What a cycle!
