The Moon in Taurus is moving through your 12th house of the hidden realm, subconscious, past, pain, karma, jails, institutions, hospitals, finances of friends, secret sorrows, fears, self-destruction, large animals, skeletons in closet, self-undoing and self-injury. It is about your hidden strengths, weaknesses and what you don't want others to see or know about you, unredeemed karma and selfless service to humanity. The big news today is we are dealing with a major case of brain fry, burnout and our mental circuits overloaded as the Sun in Libra conjuncts Mercury in Libra. Libra is an air sign, which is one of the three intellectual signs (Libra, Gemini and Aquarius), so to have the mental wires sizzled can make us mentally fed up. The brain can only take so much before it goes "bzzzzzzzzz" and wants to shut down. As a Gemini I experienced the 'applying aspect' of this conjunction on Tuesday when I was so incredibly bored with writing Daily Horoscopes that I needed to change my approach so that I didn't just shut down and refuse to do it or worse, become a slacker. When Mercury and the Sun are within 04 degrees of each other, then this crossing of wires literally gets FRIED! At precisely 10:38 AM EDT the Sun and Mercury will both be at 07 degrees. BZZZZZZ, all circuits are dead! On Tuesday, the Sun was at 06 degrees and Mercury was at 08 degrees and I was really feeling them only 02 degrees apart. Today, they are both at 07 degrees (as you can see from the Daily Astrology Chart Wheel and frying the brain to a crispy critter status.

The Good news is this conjunction, when used appropriately, can feed your intuition like none other. So instead of just turning into a slacker yesterday, I followed my intuition and made some changes that would snap me out of Gemini boredom and cosmic brain fry, causing me to become even more interested in my daily writings and making them better. Yesterday I jumped on the recognition of what was going on and decided to write horoscopes more in line with the aspects that I list below each day, rather than only which sign the Moon is in. Daily Horoscopes are still written according to the Moon (as they should be) but they will now incorporate the additional awareness of the aspects involved. Yay for me! Yay for you! Yay for us! See what this 'us, we and our' Libra energy does for everyone involved?

Interestingly enough, even though this day is overloaded with brain fry and burnout by the Sun sizzing Mercury's mental wires, it is also accompanied by 2 trines and 1 sextile.

The day begins with the Moon in Taurus sextile Neptune in Pisces, which may cause you to dream about work or imagine things differently than they are now. This is motivating because Neptune is very intuitive making an aspect to money driven Taurus. As the day moves along the Moon in Taurus will trine lucky Jupiter in Virgo, which brings a bit of luck your way. You may be making phone calls behind the scenes organizing a gathering at your home. This Virgo energy always enjoys entertaining people in the home. You may be doing everything you can to avoid the area in your Life where you are feeling a bit burned out. The Sun/Mercury conjunction in Libra is impacting your 5th house of Love, romance and creativity. This also includes children. It's quite possible you are ready to get down to work but the fun seems to have been sucked out your original plan. Oh well, you will just have to change things up a bit, just as I have to do when I experienced the burnout. You will probably feel this conjunction until Saturday, October 4th, 2015 as the residual sizzle begins to cool down. In the PM hours, after Noon, the Moon in Taurus will trine Pluto in Capricorn, which may have a secretive nature to it. This could involve a person or money. This does not mean that Gemini is sneaking around doing bad things. Since Taurus and Capricorn are involved, it probably has more to do with business, money and career than sneaking around looking for action on the side. Gemini does not like burnout or stagnation, so you are probably ready to turn over the applecart and to get some different energy. The same ol' same ol' just doesn't work for you.
