The Capricorn Moon is opposing your 7th house of contractual relationships. This house also rules unions, lawsuits, contracts, partnerships, marriages, agreements, and open enemies with the public. This can be partnerships in business, marriage or a committed relationship that is a live-in arrangement. It also includes long-term associations, the animus (underlying passion or force), the relationship between soul and personality.

Today's Moon in Capricorn has the motto, "I use therefore I am." This is 'not' mis-use, dis-use or a-buse. It is "use". Capricorn is the utilitarian of the zodiac who utilizes everything under their influence, in their grasp, space and power to do what needs to be done. Again, this is not about misuse, disuse or abuse because Capricorn stands in integrity who has a strong sense of duty and honor. Capricorn will not dishonor themselves to honor someone else (at least they shouldn't). In other words, Capricorn will not bow, kowtow, nod, submit or curtsy to anyone. Capricorn is not star-struck by celebrities or others fame when they walk by. You see folks, Capricorn is the ruler of the 10th house of career, public Life away from the home and family, fame, public recognition, status in the community and rank in society. If anything, it is Capricorn who is 'the diva' of the zodiac. Certainly Capricorn can come across as a dictator because it does rule authority figures and management and when over-channeled or mis-channeled a dictatorship is the outcome. Now what I want you to think about is the current transit of Pluto in Capricorn, which lasts from 2008 until 2024 that I wrote about in your Generational Horoscope. Pluto is the planet of explosive power and the masses, so when transiting through Capricorn, it may be easier to see the massive clash with authority.

Cancer rules inside the home and Capricorn rules outside of the home (career). Cancer is warm and emotional and Capricorn is cold and practical. Sometimes your emotions need to be awaken so you can think clearly. This Capricorn Moon can snap you out of an emotional tantrum within seconds which works well for you, especially in relationships. Your emotional moodiness can certainly pose a problem in relationships because it leaves the other person not knowing how to act, react or what to expect. In other word, they find themselves walking on eggshells around you. OUCHY! That can be stressful to the person. This opposing Moon does not have to be a tug-of-war unless that is what you need in order to see things more clearly. Cancer is in business mode today and your energy would best be channeled into work and getting things done around the house.
