The Moon in Pisces is trine (easy and effortless energy) your 9th house of the higher-thinking mind, religion, college, higher education, legalities, brothers and sisters-in-law, philosophy, prophecy, philanthropy, all things "foreign", intuition, long distance journeys abroad, churches, airlines, vacations, international commerce, dreams, visions, mentors and teachers.

This is a perfect time for you to go to places that stimulate your higher-thinking mind. This may be a library, a bookstore, a workshop, a seminar or a lecture. You might even find yourself in a church contemplating God and all His majesty. This 9th house rules churches, religion and higher forms of spiritual thought. This is not the time to judge others for their religious or spiritual beliefs because that doesn't make you more spiritual. Instead, take the time to contemplate your own belief systems and check yourself to see if you stand in those beliefs before you check to see if others are doing it. That would be hippocritical. This Pisces Moon motto is, "I believe, therefore I am." So what do you believe and are you standing in that belief system whether anyone agrees with you or not?

It is important to know what sign rules each house cusp because it is precisely the sign that rules each house cusp that pretty much describes the type of person you are in that particular house. For instance, let's say that you an Aries Rising. It is the Rising Sign that describes your personality, your appearance, how you respond to others and how you appear to others. So even though you are a Cancer Sun Sign, you would appear to others to be an Aries (if you are an Aries Rising). Then once people get to know you, then they recognize you more as a Cancer. This is how after a couple of years someone might say, "YOU'VE CHANGED!" when really you have not changed at all. You were being yourself all along. Once we get past the Rising Sign then we see each other for who we really are . . our Sun Sign (Cancer in your case). Strange huh? And then to complicate matters there are all those aspects (trines, oppositions, squares) bouncing off each other impacting your response in another house. It takes time to get to know your own natal chart, much less getting to know someone else's. Be patient with yourself and others. Re-read that section again taking into account the information about the Rising Sign and each house cusp.
