The Cancer Moon is moving through your 1st house of identity and how other's see you. It uses hyper-emotions to control others. What else would hyper-emotions be used for if not to control someone else because that's exactly what it is. It is not only controlling, it is manipulative. Remember, Mars is the ancient ruler of Scorpio, while Pluto is the modern day ruler of Scorpio. So this square tonight is crazy, manipulative and a big bag of NUTS!
