The Cancer Moon is moving through your 1st house of identity and how other's see you. This house also rules the personality, your attitude, how you see the world, how you look, appearances, your worldly outlook, and self-awareness and how you respond. It includes the self, ego, anima, projected image, expression of inner motivation, soul purpose, initial approach to life and your aura. We are actually in a Void of Course Moon for 12 hours today from 5:16 AM EDT when the Moon in Cancer is at 27 degrees until the Moon settles itself comfortably into Leo at 03 degrees this evening at 5:10 PM EDT. Remember, planets are in a sign for 30 degrees and then move on to the next sign. It's that time period between 27 degrees of one sign and 03 degrees into the next sign that energy becomes chaotic, delayed, detoured and confusing. This conjunction has been around for a while at varying degrees during the Stellium in Aries but I want you to really focus on this energy because this is all about 'taking back your power' or 'taking back your identity'. Make certain you read your Weekly Horoscopes to read the example of I gave of how this shows up. Also, this Sun/Mars conjunction is going to last for several weeks as the Sun/Mars conjunction in Aries turns into a Sun/Mars conjunction in Taurus. Aries is the sign of 'me, myself and I' while Taurus is the sign of 'my, mine'. Do you see how this energy turns into ownership? Just think about the motto's. Aries is "I am therefore" and Taurus is "I have therefore I am." Taurus takes ownership. So it may be that you are in the midst of taking back your power or identity but when this Taurus Sun/Mars conjunction shows up you just may take ownership of it and really mean it this time.

As the Cancer Moon moves out of your 1st house and into your 2nd, it will be in the sign of Leo. The motto for Leo is, "I will therefore I am" so you will need to make certain that you do not force or impose your will on others. This Leo Moon reveals your power and strength. Do you realize how much power you have when it comes to money? Cancer holds a lot of power with money simply because Leo, a very powerful and willful sign rules your 2nd house of personal money. This is why Cancer is usually the breadwinner of the household and why Cancer usually holds a position of authority. Cancer is also usually the paymaster of the household, meaning you are the one that writes the checks. Make certain you are channeling your will appropriately and not forcefully, especially on family.
