Today the Moon is in Gemini and is transiting (moving over) your 12th house. Cancer can actually keep a secret like nobody's dang business, especially when they have an idea that has to do with their own growth. This is a hidden strength that you have but the problem is, when you have an emotional situation going on, you tend to wear your heart on your sleeve and tell everyone your emotional pain, problem or ache.
