The Moon is still in Virgo today and transiting (moving over) your 9th house. For Capricorn and Capricorn Rising you have a lot going on and may feel as though you are being picked on. It will take Mercury 3 days to move 3 degrees and then another 3 days to move another 3 degrees. Mercury will not be back to its normal pace until February 4, 2016.
