If you believe in the notion that you cannot begin a new Lifestyle, make an attitude adjustment, shift your focus, change your habits or stop the insanity until a certain date, then you are sadly mistaken. You can do any of those things at the minute you decide. It does not have to be first thing in the morning or first thing Monday morning. It 'has to be' the moment you decide. Back on Saturday, September 2, 2017 I presented to you, 'The Picture of Health Challenge'. I gave you all kinds of reasons why it was the prime-time to get your physical health, lifestyle, daily habits and level of fitness into optimum functioning order. Then on Sunday, September 3, 2017 I wrote about it again. On that date Mercury was conjunct Mars in the sign of Leo (the sign of self-improvement) and today Mercury conjuncts Mars again, but now it is in the sign of Virgo, which is the sign of physical health and daily lifestyle. These aspects are supporting any effort by you to get your physical health and physical body back into its groovy. And let's not forget that today there is a Leo Moon, the sign of 'physical strength, willpower and self-improvement'.
Don't tell me you can't start or change something today just because you have a function, a party, a gathering or celebration that you have to attend. Just because you are going to a party tonight doesn't mean you trash your entire day and throw it away because you are partying tonight. My gosh, stop with that kind of thinking! All the more reason to eat healthy today or take the stairs if you are partying tonight. Remember what I wrote to you Thursday, September 14, 2017? "Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater."
Today Mercury conjuncts Mars in the sign of Virgo, which can help you nail the problem area in your chart when it comes to your physical health. I had been working more than I was working on my health and then my physical body and health suffered. I needed to be the 'Picture of Health' and take as many people with me as possible. Today is a wonderful day to get started on a new lifestyle shift, no matter what time you are reading this because change begins in the head and the heart. Mercury rules the mind, Virgo is the sign of 'mind over matter' and Leo rules the heart. All of these wonderful aspects keeping showing up to support you in your efforts. And let's not forget, there is a New Moon in Virgo coming up on September 20, 2017. The opportunities to change just keep coming. If you began your change at the beginning of September, then you may already be down 4 lbs. There is still time to lose 2 lbs. a week by Thanksgiving, which would be a 20 lb. weight loss or taken further, there is still time to lose 2 lbs. a week by the first of the year, which would be a 30 lbs. weight loss.
