JUPITER SEXTILE SATURN

This is an easy aspect showing cooperation between two planets which leads to opportunity. It has a positive blending effect on the planets. Sextiles are considered a "soft" or "easy" aspects that reflect the planets involved. They have a way of delivering you an opportunity. It's as if the phone is ringing or there is a knock at the door. Again, it is your choice to answer the opportunity. Opportunities can reveal themselves under the strangest of circumstances.

It is important to understand that Jupiter is ambitious, excited, adventurous and enthusiastic. Jupiter also has a religious and/or philosophic presence to it, which brings about some sort of ambition or goal on a grand or global scale, while Saturn rules stability and responsibility. It is also disciplined and cautious. Saturn rules the father, limitations and authority figures. Jupiter is the planet of expansion, while Saturn is the planet of limitation.

Jupiter sextile Saturn is steady as she goes and not afraid to grow. This two planets could not be more opposite, but in this scenario that serve each other well. Jupiter is expansive, while Saturn is restrictive. Jupiter puffs up, while Saturn squeezes. Jupiter is liberal, while Saturn is conservative. Jupiter is wants bigger, better and more, while Saturn is cautious and prudent. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, while Saturn puts the limits and takes one step at a time.
