Protein Powder

Powdered foods do not exactly make me salivate with desire, but they just might if I'm hungry enough.

I can probably do powdered eggs easy enough and powdered milk if the milk gets cold enough, other than that I might be a little powder shy.

Did you know there is an entire grocery list that you can create just in the form of powdered foods?

Not only can you get your eggs and milk in powder form, you can get your fruits and vegetables powdered form as well. Just do the legwork and you are set.

Powdered form is less expensive and it goes a long way for the money.

You can turn just about any food into powder, but you will need a dehydrator. If you do not have a dehydrator, that's okay, you can use your oven. Go to this link and learn more.

I think it's a GREAT IDEA to have a big stash of protein powder for shakes. In our household, we do tend drink a lot of protein shakes. Protein shakes are not just Good as a pre-workout or a post-workout, but they are a great source of nutrition even if you don't workout.

Add water, milk, juice or any other desirable liquid to your protein shakes, along with other added yummy ingredients and you have a meal in itself.

You will need to do the legwork to see what protein powder is best for you as there are so many brands and many options.

You can get your protein powder in a bag or in a big ol' barrel.

One shake can serve as one meal replacement. They are not only sold in powderkeg form, but you can also get protein powder in a bag. Do the legwork.

Below are other powdered products that you can stock, hoard, pile and store. Keep looking because there are more powdered food options than what you see below.
Powdered Eggs
Powdered Milk
Powdered Peanut Butter
Powdered Cheese
