When using the Amazon Store Front links to any products I mention I earn a small commission at no cost to you.
Bartering is 'an agreement' as old as the day is long that involves the exchange of Goods for Goods, or Goods for Services, or Services for Services.
Let's say I have something you want or need, and you have something that I want or need. We can exchange my want or need, for your want or need.
Maybe you have wood and I have coffee. So we exchange one for the other.
Maybe you have an extra flat head screw driver and I have chocolate chip cookies.
Maybe you have some experience in plumbing and I have pain reliever (Aspirin, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Tampons, Midol, etc.)
Maybe you have powdered milk and I have cough syrup.
You DO NOT need to drink coffee to have coffee. You do not need a baby to have cloth diapers.
You do not need to have a menses (period) to have tampons.
Have something that will be needed, wanted and appreciated.
I am 62 year old woman, I hardly need tampons,
but I have them to barter.
Think of more, add to your list.

Keep your mind and options open. If you see a deal, stock-up. You may not need it, but you know your neighbor might.
