The Moon in Libra opposing Mars in Aries at 8:16 AM EDT kicks off the day and could make you feel like you got up on the wrong side of the bed. POW! Right into the wall. Mars is a warrior, he is competitive, and he likes to engage the opposition. So while this aspect may not feel all that great slamming into the wall before you can open your eyes, Mars is quite happy stirring the pot and adding a little piss and vinegar to get you cranked-up.

If you feel like engaging an enemy before your feet hit the ground, then maybe you need to drop and give yourself ten (10) before you meet your better half in the kitchen and pick a war that you aren't quite ready to fight. In other words, settle down hoss!

Generally speaking, Libra is a Lover, not a fighter. Libra is not looking for any trouble, unless of course there is some sort of injustice going down that rubs Libra the wrong way and then the gloves are off.

Libra naturally rules the 7th house of companionship, marriage, partnerships, contractual unions, agreements, negotiations and committed relationships.

Libra wants to negotiate, broker a deal, and come to a workable solution, not hash it out and force a signature. Love him, like him or loathe him, PRESIDENT Trump has expansive Jupiter in Libra and we all know he is 'the' broker of deals. There might be only one (1) of something on the planet and by golly Libra should be able to get it cheaper. So imagine what Jupiter in Libra is like. Gemini is also a wheeler-dealer, which is also Trump. Just sayin'.

Libra wants to find that energy that fits their energy, like a hand and a glove, because Libra wants a partner in Love, crime, business and fun. Libra's word of all words is 'companionship'. Ask any Libra, the perfect person for them is someone they can sit with on the couch and say nothing. They want 'that' kind of comfort without feeling like every second has to be filled in with a word. Libra's like the idea of a relationship that can handle 'comfortable silence'. That is the absolute mark of happiness and security to a Libra.

So late morning into early evening we will feel this weird and uncomfortable energy under a Libra Moon, which wants nothing more than to be comfortable with someone, lest they be judged. Isn't turnabout 'fair' play?

This is actually a PERFECT time to practice your skillset. Notice if you are more prone to judging others when a quincunx aspect is present because its so weird and uncomfortable. Will you or will you not roll right into judgmental thoughts? Will you think or feel that you are being judged when maybe you are the guilty judger. EEEK! MOM MAKE HER STOP! I'm going to say that would be a big ol' HELL YES or MOST LIKELY for those with strong Libra charts. But test it, I could be wrong, but I don't think so. Test it anyway. Remember, the best way to learn astrology is to study your own pattern first.

I remember when I first met my astrologer (may God rest his soul) and he told me that I was a great cook. He said, "In fact, your like a chef!" I responded, "I don't know whose chart your reading but it's not mine. The only thing I can make is my bed!" He leaned forward and pointed at me, all 110 lbs of him soaking wet underneath his big ol' cowboy hat, and said in his Leo smokers voice, "That's because you haven't tried!" Then he said, "Test it! Test the chart!"

I tested it and tested it and tested it. Turns out, lo' and behold, I can literally whip-up a paper bag and a side of dirt and make it taste Good. When I reported back my findings he asked if I knew why and I excitedly reported back, "It's my North Node Virgo, I can't screw it up!" You see folks, the chart doesn't lie, only the mouth does.

The last aspect today is a juicy one as the Moon trines the Sun. This is our favorite lunar aspect as everything grows taller, bigger, better and brighter under the influence of the Sun. Since Libra is all about 'us, we and our' then do your best to recognize the opportunity to colloborate, associate, negotiate and cooperate with someone else. Deliberately use the words - us, we and our. Notice in your relationship(s) how you use these words or if you do. If you have more Aries in your chart, then chances are, your favorite words are - me, myself and I. Still, Aries or no Aries, during a Libra Moon, the words are - us, we and our.

Using 'us, we and our' will definitely take some practice if you are a full-blown Aries and especially a South Node Aries. When a South Node Aries uses the words - us, we and our, you might hear a cough or a choke because those words just might taste like vinegar before they get the entire word out. Even though they are tiny little words, they are the biggest words in the world to an Aries. (winky wink)
