The BIG NEWS today is Venus quincunx Saturn, which is a bit of a dichotomy. On one hand this aspect is frustrated by working so hard, and on the other hand this aspect Loves to work. Venus Loves to Love and Saturn Loves to work. So the translation is, "Can't you see I'm working this hard for us?!?!" This aspect is working for the sake of Loving to work and working for those one Loves. In turn, work becomes 'familiar contempt'. Not only does one end up feeling contempt for their work, there is contempt for those who are feeling contempt for the one working so hard. What a vicious cycle and completely understandable.

Since quincunx's involve a change or adjustment in order to 'right' the weird and uncomfortable energy, then this aspect requires an overhaul, correction, or improvement so that neither the work or those one Loves, suffer at the hands of work. That's a tough one for the workaholic because the work is the addiction, which can lead to other addictions, thereby feeding the vicious cycle.

This aspect actually lasts a fairly long time for a quincunx. Quincunx's typically last just a couple of days on both sides of exactness, but this round of Venus quincunx Saturn began on June 8, 2023 in applying (approaching) degrees and will last until June 18, 2023. HOT DOG!

Interestingly enough, I have made changes to my own Life and set today as the date that I will spend less time on my booty and more time on my feet. So I have cut my butt time hours to spend more time on my feet.
