Well, there is no other way to say it, the first three (3) lunar aspects of the day make for cruddy energy. Maybe you felt this energy coming on last night before you went to bed since lunar aspects have an 'orb of influence' of 12 to 14 hours before and after it's exactness.

Look at the exact time above when these aspects hit and consider 12 to 14 hours before that exact time and then 12 to 14 hours after that exact time. That's the 'orb of influence', which is pretty long when we are talking about emotional highs and lows.

The Moon rules the emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities. Mercury rules our mind, thoughts, mental acuity and our style of communication. The Moon squaring Mercury reveals the emotions and thoughts are at odds. The wheels are spinning, but nothing is getting accomplished.

The Moon then opposes Neptune and reveals that intentions are obscured.
