Before you read, make certain you let your eyeballs rest on the collection of lunar aspects that we will encounter today. This is important so you can take-in the energy of the day. So let's run-through a tiny memory lesson so we can see the big picture.

Sextiles are smiles. Trines are Divine. Squares beware. Now look at the list and say to yourself, "Sextiles are smiles. Trines are Divine. Squares beware." We could say trines are 'fine', but they are more than just 'fine'. We could also say they are 'sublime', but they are more than 'sublime'. You can't beat 'Divine', so let's go with 'Divine' for trines. I like to be as intentional and deliberate as possible about my choice of words.

Now right off the bat looking at the lunar aspects above we can see that we start the day on a really nice note leading all the way up to 8:26 PM EDT when the Moon trine Saturn hits exact. Keep in mind, as stated above, there is a 12 to 14 hour 'orb of influence' before AND after exactness. This means there is an overlapping of energies. That's great! The 5:57 PM and 8:26 PM EDT aspects are overlapping the squares! Yay!

This energy today reminds me of someone who would be rolling along having a great day and then something happens that does not feel Good and they say, "Great, that ruins what was a perfect day!" No it doesn't. That's your experience, perception, view, opinion . . . choice! You choose to handle it, or not. If you choose not to handle it well, then I guess your day is ruined as you proclaimed.

Keep in mind, as we begin to encounter these 'exact aspects' they are in applying degrees (approaching), which means you should be feeling the 'prodrome' or early symptom of what is coming. It's your intuition. After the 'exact aspect' the degrees will begin to pull apart, which is called separating degrees, which it will then leave you feeling either relieved or refreshed that the aspect occurred.

Having said all of that, the first aspect today is the Moon sextile the Sun at 8:32 AM EDT, which makes for fantastic female/male energy, feminine/masculine, yin/yang, estrogen/testosterone. It's all the same dynamic. It's a wonderful balance of energy when we see the Moon (mother) dancing so happily with the Sun (father). The household should be talking sweetly to each other and getting along well. This aspect carries throughout the day since there is a 12 to 14 hour orb of influence 'before' and 'after' exactness.

This takes us up to the Moon sextile Mercury at 5:57 PM EDT, which is great communication. The Moon rules the emotions, feelings, moods and sensitivities and Mercury rules communication, marketing, sales, transportation and travel in your own locale, state or country. Now remember, this aspect has already been present all day long in applying (approaching) degrees before its exactness at 5:57 PM EDT. So you should have felt the prodrome (early symptom) of this energy, which is your intuition. Cool huh?

Then the Moon trines Saturn at 8:26 PM EDT. This is another dynamic of - female/male energy, feminine/masculine, yin/yang, estrogen/testosterone, because the Moon rules the mother and Saturn rules the father. This reminds me of being a kid when we had to ask my Poppy Seed for money to go roller skating on Friday night. Then Mama Bear would drop us off. This would have been the perfect aspect to ask Poppy Seed for the money. The dynamic between the parents is perfect in a trine, which is Divine. Heck, take advantage of it.

Next, the Moon squares Jupiter at 8:42 PM EDT. Well, the day has been running along just fine, so much so that you decided to accept an invitation to open a bottle of wine. Noooooooooooooo! Damn it, we have been over-this-and-over-this! You were having such a great day and decided to mix alcohol with a hard aspect (square) to Jupiter. NEVER, EVER, mix alcohol with a hard aspect to Jupiter or Neptune. This is because Jupiter is the ancient-ruler of Pisces and Neptune is the modern-day ruler of Pisces, which both rule the Ocean. No one can possibly drink that much water, not even a fish like Pisces, but some will try and fail, or fall of the wagon, and ruin what was a really great day, trying to drink as much as a squared Jupiter or Neptune can possibly consume.

Then, the Moon squares Neptune at 10:54 PM EDT. WHAT! Well of course we can expect to see Neptune on the heels of Jupiter because they are following so closely. We know this from the April 2022 Astro Memes where the conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune came into applying (approaching) degrees on February 22, 2022 and will last until June 12, 2022 where it ends in separating degrees. The exactness date is April 12, 2022. This means that wherever you see Jupiter, you will also see Neptune. Trines are Divine, but squares beware!

If you made it through the roadblocks or bowling balls of Jupiter and Neptune, then the last aspect of the day is a trine (Divine), which is the Moon trine Mars. This has action attached to it. It's later in the evening and you have gotten your second wind and now you stay up late working in your home office or raking out closets, the desk or the refrigerator. Can't sleep? That doesn't surprise me so get your ass busy and make some valuable use of the time. The day ends on a great note, provided you didn't think a bottle of wine would solve anything for you (like it never does).

And hey, I'm not anti-alcohol because I don't drink alcohol. I'm boldy anti-alcohol when it flat out does not work for anyone, especially during a square to Jupiter and Neptune, so stop pretending it works when it clearly does not.
