This is an overall great day emotionally speaking, and I pray that this wonderful energy lifts any burdens, aggravation or even pain that you may have been experiencing.

I mention 'pain' because pain is an emotional response to a stimulus that tells us something is wrong. And the best time to mention pain is when it is lifting, not when you are in it. It's too hard to pay attention, make notes or listen when pain is so deep. So, I mention it today.

Pain is protection, which is the body's alarm system that tells us there is something physical, chemical or mental, that if left unchecked or left to its unruliness, it can cause real damage. When pain is masked, covered-up, numbed, anesthetized or desensitized, there is the possibility and potential of causing other issues.

Pain protects us by telling us to pull our hand away from a hot stove. So you see, pain is also a Good thing. That's a tough pill to swallow, but it's the Truth. Pain helps us alert others that something within us is not right.

We can't really hold pain in our hands, and pain is not a tissue, bone or fluid. Pain is not a 'thing'. Sometimes you can point to pain and other times pain will show up in an area different from the problem, which is 'referred pain'. Pain is a strange thing. Pain tells us when to say "when" as in "Stop! I've had enough."

Notice if you feel pain lifting today due to the emotional meter being so easy, friendly and gentle. Also keep in mind, conjunction intensify the energy of the planets involved.
