In the RED FONT ADDENDUM I will give some pointers, cues and ideas as to what to do with this Mercury Retrograde. Do I need to mention that the groundwork should have already been laid to get you to this point and ready for Mercury Retrograde?

Today Mercury in Aries turns Retrograde from April 1, 2024 until April 25, 2024, make certain you visit the Mercury in Aries Transiting Degree Calendar (Astro Meme linked below) so you can see the dates in question.

Since so many need to see to believe, that is why I post these calendars for your eyeball viewing pleasure. Notice how Mercury begins its Retrograde at 27 degrees. Mercury will roll back in degrees 27, 26, 25, 24 . . all the way back to 15 degrees. The last time Mercury in Aries was at 15 degrees was on March 18, 2024.

Now why in the world is God taking you back to that date? God, as the Master of the Universe, is in charge of this retrograde. And it's not just you, IT'S EVERYONE!!! Why that date? Why is He doing this? It's a fair question, if you believe in God as you profess. If you don't believe in God, why are you following His GPS (Astrology)?

Do your research in your own Life and through the expanded community to put the pieces of the puzzle together. What are you not seeing, doing, going, realizing, producing, organizing, etc., that Mercury has to take you back to March 18, 2024? Keep reading, juicy stuff . . .

Mercury in Aries Transiting Degree Calendar

Mercury in Aries March 9, 2024 - May 15, 2024

Retrogrades are flat out 'do overs'. That's the best way I can put, and have put it for 24 years now. You are getting a do-over. God is giving you a do-over. What do you need to do-over that God is giving you a second and a third chance at 15 degrees (March 18th)? We get these do-overs to set us right before we progress forward. We don't know what is coming, (actually some of us do because we are prepping and getting in survivor mode), and Mercury gets us ready. Retrogrades get us ready for it, whatever 'it' is.

Folks, all retrogrades are like this, and we are a population, collective, audience, public and accumulation of souls who are ALL going through this together. It's not just you, everyone is in the retrograde headed back to 15 degrees. So look at March 18, 2024 in your calendar, accounts, notes, emails, texts and also look at the 15 degree Aries in your Natal Chart to see where this action is occurring in your chart.

By now, you should have already been organizing and reorganzing your space because Mercury rules organizing, scheduling, maintenance, continuity, keeping up and carrying on. You see, Mercury keeps 'the flow' going. You must remember the word MAINTENANCE, so you can 'maintain'. This is key when looking at the goodies that Mercury gives us.

When I teach yoga (see pic that's me), and let's say we are in tree pose, I remind the yogi's that sometimes it's windy day on the mat. They can use any arm variation as trees come in many forms and there is always movement in the trees. So big deal if it's windy on the mat and you are moving, swaying, or flailing your arms to keep your balance, or if the leg kicks out for a brief moment. Trees move, but they are also firmly rooted.

The goal is to hold your drishti (focused gaze). Yoga is NOT ABOUT THE POSE!!! It never was and it never will be. FOCUS! Yoga is about holding your focus no what matter is occurring around you or how hard the wind is blowing. As Patanjali says, "Yoga is an internal practice, the rest is just circus." By the way, tree pose is definitely a hip opener.

When retrogrades occur, THE WIND IS BLOWING! Hold your focus! Stay rooted. Root yourself. Do not be so easily swayed, moved, and thrown into chaos because there is wind. We have all kinds of distractions occurring around us. We are all busy. We are! We are all busy with something. You are not the only one who is busy. Swallow that pill so any level of self-importance gets checked right now. Aries is the sign that say, Me, me, me. Enough about me, what do you think of me?

Imagine the level of self-importance (me, me, me) we will experience when the New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries occurs on Monday - April 8, 2024. I suppose we will all get a lesson in self-importance and what it might be like to not give a care about humanity. Do we need a harsh stroke of reality-plus in order appreciate others?

And so March 18th? Why are you being taken back to March 18th? It's different for everyone.

Mercury wants you 'maintain' your focus, and to organize, schedule, continue on, keep up and carry on, no matter weather/whether you are facing. HANDLE IT!

RED FONT ADDENDUM - It's been a while since I have reviewed why you need to remember the word 'maintenance' with Mercury, as well as the word 'maintain'.

Mercury not only rules the 3rd house of Gemini, it also rules the 6th house of Virgo.

The 3rd house of Gemini rules transportation and communication. Mercury, Gemini and the 3rd house are the 'Inspector Gadget' of the zodiac. Who LOVES gadgets more than a Gemini? NO ONE! Gemini likes to take stuff apart and put them back together again. My first computer back in 1997, I took it apart. I couldn't help myself. It's what we Gemini's do.

The 3rd house of GEMINI rules marketing, promotion, messages, merchandise, sales, distributors of product and distributors of information (marketing), correspondence, travel within your own locale, state or country, clerks, clerical work, papers and the distribution of those papers (post office), lectures, learning and studies. Also, grades K-12. Those who you were in contact with daily growing up like - siblings, cousins (especially first cousins) and neighbors.

The 6th house of VIRGO rules activities of daily living (ADLs), which is everything you do to get ready for your day and what you do every single day as your daily grind, daily routine and daily habit. This includes physical health, nutrition, fitness, scheduling, those you come in contact with daily, which are co-workers, employees and domestic help like cleaning and hired hands.

What Mercury Retrograde wants from you is to get your sh!t together and maintain it. How in the world will you be prepared to handle what is to come, whatever that may be, if you cannot handle what you have right now. Is your house in order. If you are praying for BIGGER, BETTER AND MORE, can you handle with the way your Life is right this very minute. If you can't handle $20, should you be blessed with more?

Mercury wants you to take care of your activities of daily living, physical health and get your transportation and communication in order. These are the things that will certainly slow us down, keep us down or simply behind, if we do not get everything straight and in its place.

During Mercury Retrograde I always leave a note in each room of the house and that is what we do during Mercury Retrograde. Whatever is on that list, is what we do. The Scorpion King could care less about Mercury and what Mercury is doing right now, so there is no need in me going into that with him. Folks, when it comes to Astrology, know your audience. Not everyone cares about what you care about and that's okay. The Scorpion King just knows that there is a list and this is what we are doing for the next 25 days. He likes to get stuff done, so this works for him. I know, I'm lucky that he's a do-er.

Before today, that is when you should have laid the groundwork to get ready for all of the 'maintenance' you will be doing over the next 25 days. Let's put it this way, 'tis better to get the oil changed in your car before Mercury Retrograde, than during Mercury Retrograde. It's better for the car to have been maintained all along before Mercury Retrograde, you know, just in case, as things that were not properly maintained typically breakdown during Mercury Retrograde. Let that be a lesson to ya'.

So folks, get on your hands and knees and clean out the link from the coils in the refrigerator, freezer, etc. Check the pipes under the sink and see if you need to spray some foam, caulk or use silicone. Check every single room one-by-one. Make your notes, leave the notes, and get busy.

Do you need to replace a curtain rod, spackle holes in walls and repaint? Maybe you just need to pull those curtains down and wash them. Folks, get your energy moving and flowing again.

Maybe something has occurred recently that is showing you just how much useless stuff you have and that you need to free yourself from it. Maybe you have stuff that is old memories that you no longer wish to remember. Pack it up and get rid of it.

You are be given 25 days to get your Life back in order so you can maintain and carry on with a Lighter load and better organization. Mercury Retrograde is giving you a do-over to get your maintenance completed. Get busy!

On another note - this coming June, July and August 2024, I will 'not' be writing ANY Natal Charts or Solar Returns. It is also quite possible that I may stop sometime in May 2024, I just don't know that date yet. I'm lining up my Life so that I can take this break in order to complete a different project, which will take all of three (3) months to accomplish.

I believe EVERYONE should have their Natal Chart, which is pretty is the fingerprint of your Life. It never changes. At least 'they' haven't found a way to jack with your fingerprint like 'they' have your DNA. (Insert massive dose of smartassiness.) Thank God, the Natal Chart also reveals where health issues will arise, so there's that. Anyway, the Natal Chart never changes and it is something you are always working through and working on.

The Solar Return is the report that reveals what your 'year' will look like from one birthdate to another. So if your birthday is today, then your Solar Return chart begins and it will last until your birthday next year. Now keep in mind the Universe does not speak our language as in - Monday, March 11, 2024. The Universe rolls by math and coordinates. So your birthday may have actually been yesterday or maybe it is tomorrow, when your birth 'date' is March 11th.

The Solar Return is when the Sun 'returns' to the same degree and minute it was when you were born. So that could be a day earlier or a day later, depending on your residence (location) today, which is likely different than where you were born.

Some people will choose to go on a vacation on their birthday to change their location for their Solar Return and the Astrologer will calculate that location, but I do not agree with that method. It's not the Truth. You can't fool or trick the Universe. The Truth is it's a vacation, and you will still have to return back home to your Life, to your mortgage, your bills, your relationships, your neighbors, your job and dot dot dot.

In the Solar Return, each house represents one month. There are 12 houses, there are 12 months.

I advise you to get your Solar Return 'at least' three (3) months before you birthday, simple because the planets could already be coming into the 'orb of influence' and you would be feeling the energy.

For instance, Venus moves into Pisces today impacting all birthdays from today until April 5, 2024. Those of you with birthdays between today and April 5th will already in this Venus in Pisces energy. You need to know this, especially since Venus rules both Love and money.

So there ya' go. So I will take a chart writing break during June, July and August 2024, and if I get to the place that I want to be earlier, then I will start that break even earlier, which would be sometime in May 2024.
