MOON OPPOSING SUN

This aspect depicts conflict which, when resolved, results in growth. Oppositions show a tug of war between opposing forces. If they are resolved, then the oppositions become the backbone and strength of the chart.

It is important to understand that the Moon rules the home and the family. It also rules the emotions, feelings, sensitivities and moods, while the Sun rules the identity, ego, individuality, power and pride.

There is an imbalance between your ego and emotions, your assertion and your empathy, and your masculine and feminine natures. This may be a result of disagreements between your mother and father. Just as they were at war with each other, now you conduct an internal battle. This can lead to indecisiveness and lack of action. Once resolved you will have great drive to achieve your goals.
