MERCURY QUINCUNX URANUS

A quincunx is where two (2) signs pretty much have nothing in common and sit there wondering what to do about each other. It's like they are saying, "What now?" This is how you feel completely uncomfortable in your own family, or with people you should feel comfortable with, but yet you have nothing in common, and sometimes you have nothing to even fight over, so you might just make something up in order to tango/tangle.

It's weird and uncomfortable energy to say the least. You just cannot seem to land in the same space and it's like you are coming from different worlds that are not even opposite worlds. Further, a quincunx is an angle that sits at 150 degrees, which is between a trine at 120 degrees and an opposition at 180 degrees.

It is important to understand that Mercury rules the reasoning and conscious mind that forms conclusions. Mercury is intellectual, enjoys learning, teaches and is communicative, while Uranus is the higher octave of Mercury. Uranus is the planet of a sudden change in circumstance, much like a lightning strike. Uranus also represents innovation, invention and independence. It literally strikes out and strikes out on its own, like lightning. Uranus is unconventional and electrifying; thereby bringing about sudden change in an instant, which can show up as being erratic. You can pretty much expect the unexpected when Uranus is involved.

Mercury quincunx Uranus has so many ideas poppin' that it doesn't know where to start, so it starts thinking and then talking. Mercury by nature is jack-rabbit-fast, and Uranus ramps it up several notches as Uranus is Lightning fast. If 'the gag order' (Mercury square Pluto) is around this aspect, then use it to your advantage and 'gag order yourself'. It's going to be tough to 'gag order yourself' while this aspect is present.

When I have ideas poppin' and I don't know where to start, then I START. That's all I do, is start. You have to start somewhere, so start where you are with what you have. And plus, you will be the same age if you don't do it, so age and time doesn't matter, since we all have the same amount of hours in the day.

Mercury naturally rules Gemini and Virgo, which not only has you thinking, but over-thinking. The Gemini motto is, I 'think' therefore I am and the Virgo motto is I 'analyze' therefore I am. Hence, this aspect over-thinks ideas and often times gets nothing done. For Heaven's sake, JUST START!

This aspect REQUIRES that you have self-discipline to manage the energy so you can START. Uranus naturally spins on its side and can easily wobble and spin out of control. If you don't have self-discipline, then that means you likely get less accomplished AND you probably have to be told what to do. I wouldn't like that sentence either if I didn't have self-discipline, but it's the Truth. Think about how your spin impacts others. I don't like chaos, disorganization, tardiness and I don't like to be told what to do, so self-discipline works for me.

Being organized would help too, which makes Life a lot easier to manage. Those who are disorganized have to work harder. At everything! They just do! Being organized is a choice. I always says, "The reason why I'm so organized is because I'm too lazy not to be. I will not be using my time to walk around and look for stuff."

Mercury (the mind) quincunx Uranus (brilliant ideas) requires self-discipline, action and silence. That's right, silence! Otherwise, do you know what happens to that idea?

This little Scripture ought to motivate you to keep your mouth shut when you have ideas poppin'. Folks, if you keep sharing your brilliant ideas and you don't do anything with them, then a little birdie will get wind of it and carry that idea to someone else who will use it. If God gives you a brilliant idea, THEN START and make something happen with it, otherwise God will cause the wind to blow and give that idea to someone else.

And for cryin' outloud, you do not need to share your brilliant ideas on social media before you have done something with them. If you don't start, then a little birdie will take that idea somewhere else. For Pete's sake, SHUSH IT!

Be completely aware of your friends as well, as we have friends who are like little birdies, who can hardly keep their mouth shut when it comes to your business. Maybe something isn't even a secret, but yet a friend gets over-involved in your business and tells your business. Little birdies are everywhere folks. If a friend is talking to you about someone else's personal business, then they are also talking about your personal business to someone else. GUAR-AN-TEED! You know the type. She, she she, he, he, he.

Since Mercury is involved in this aspect and Mercury is the co-ruler of Gemini and Virgo, then here is a Gemini thing I will share with you, since I am a two-sided Gemini. We Gemini's are tuned-in to both sides on purpose. I make a habit of NOT telling ANYONE my personal business or professional business for that matter. And I mean no one! I know exactly what I say, and to who, and how much information I reveal. If 'anything' comes back to me, then I know where the leak is. I don't have to learn the hard way. And when I do finally share something, two (2) years have passed, not two (2) months.

Folks, it is wise to know a person's Leo energy so you will know how tight and deep their loyalty veins run. Do you have to say, "Don't tell anyone!" or will they know not to tell anyone on their own. Even in anger, is that person still loyal? Look at your Leo energy and look at their Leo energy. Keep your mouth shut if their Leo energy is wonky. Don't make me say, "I told ja so!"

So folks, when your brilliant ideas are poppin', it is best to keep your mouth shut, engage your self-discipline, AND START, lest a little birdie get wind of it and take it elsewhere.
